The familiar sight of a black and red Lambda-class shuttle comes into view over the morning horizon
"Here comes our ride. Grab your gear." -- giggles at everybody knowing we don't have any
The ship makes a neat landing a short distance away from the Jawa encampment

Chordok and Kronn K'taris disembark Chimera.
"Who are the kids? And why do you smell like poo-doo?"
"It's a long story. Hope you enjoyed the fireworks show."

Introduces "the kids" ; naturally Tosh rubs them the wrong way
Chordok growls in Wookiee -- [*CENSORED*]
Kronn doesn't speak to him at all -- stares coldly at Tosh
"Ease up a little, fellas. He's the boyfriend. Riss needs him alive."

gotta shoot his satellites a little before we take Tosh anywhere public...
Riss has been in Wild Space before, but this is the first time Tosh has been unplugged
"Hey, all joking aside, you stay close to us and don't speak unless spoken to."
raises a cautionary eyebrow, deadly serious -- "And keep your eyes on Riss."

Kronn K'taris makes us ride in the cargo bay so we don't stink up the rest of the ship
it's a brief ride from the deep desert back to Smarteel City, only minutes to get to town
from the inside of the cargo bay, we feel a shift in the momentum
the powering down of the sublight engines and the docking alarms means we have arrived

Chordok sets Chimera into landing configuration -- the Lambda's wings lift up and we drop neatly into one of the circular bays
We disembark from the center ramp; does some red tape with the parking droids
Bobo stays behind to work on the ship, also to keep an eye on things
plus he has friends on the ground here, namely the Jawa syndicate on Smarteel

Talks to Tosh and Riss while we disembark..."I'm going to take R7 to....wait a second. We need a better name than that."
looks at his registry -- "Are-Seven Zee-Zero...Zee--"oh"). Zee Zero also spells ZO."
"Zozo!" -- Riss repeats back and smiles
"Hmm. Rhymes with Bobo. It's official." -- giggles at my Jawa friend, who can't reach my head tails at the moment
The droid signals back with what seems like approval -- [Beep-Beeeep-Whistle-electroboops]

"Zozo, you did great. Definitely the MVP of our escape plan."

Once we're in the open street, the two bounty hunters depart for The Chapterhouse -- a member's only joint if you're with the Bounty Hunter's Guild
I take "the kids" and Zozo with me since they're not "registered bondsmen" -- or in the droid's case not a licensed hunter model
"I'll meet you both at Carousel."

"What's a Carousel?" Tosh asks -- already I can see Riss get on the defensive side
"It's where a young man with a girlfriend shouldn't be hanging out."
"Saija, I've been in socialator clubs before."
Riss smacks Tosh on the arm, her eyes go wide

"No, Honey! Not since we've been together! It wasn't like that...I didn't look!"

"Riss! Tosh! Do this someplace private." -- cuts in before Riss beats him up for making up more felgercarb
They stop their little fussy spat -- While they go silent on each other, I add with a tone of caution
"And whatever you do, you better mind your manners at Carousel. That goes for the both of you."
