| Lady Atargatis was known for her eerie, unnatural, and at times unsettling beauty associated with her species. When in any body of water, she preferred to remain in her natural state and was known to possess a stunning tail with a black and red coloration. Being a member of the Wraith race of Vampirika, she was known for her stunning, almost snow-white hair which was left loose and allowed to float freely in the water. Lady Atargatis was known to frequent waterproof cosmetics, using them to bring attention to her blood-red irises. When in the company of others, she was often observed wearing an armored corset that covered her anatomy, allowing her to appear modest despite her preference to remain au naturel when in the water. Her arms retained noticeable features that hinted at her more predatorial instincts, specifically, elongated claws and large, decorative fins along her forearms. Lady Atargatis was also noted as having pursed lips as a result of keeping her elongated canines exposed, a habit developed by many Vampirika due to the discomfort in hiding their fangs. |

| Lady Atargatis was known to be soft-spoken out of necessity rather than timidness, and would often play the part of a quiet and unassuming individual as a ploy to lure others into a false sense of superiority before striking. She is known to have an unnatural, unwavering loyalty to Darth Levairos, despite not having seen the individual since before the Sith Order established the Black Wall. In one-on-one dealings, she is known to remain calm and silent, preferring to listen to understand rather than listening simply to respond. Lady Atargatis has shown disdain and often looks down on those who are boastful or appear to believe themselves more important than they truly are. |

| Lady Atargatis prefers negotiation and charm and often will seek a diplomatic solution to an issue before the use of weapons. When forced into conflict, she will seek to maintain the advantage or force her opponent into a position that favors herself, such as drawing the opponent into the water. Lady Atargatis will seek to use her Enthralling Song to subtly influence her opponent similar to the use of a Force Mind Trick, at which point she will often use the environment itself to her advantage, specifically, by drawing an opponent into the depths and drowning them. The use of her Sonic Scream is only done in the most dire circumstances due to the strain that it places on her vocal cords. If forced into physical combat, Lady Atargatis will rely on her claws and fangs, seldom igniting her lightsaber unless facing an opponent that is utilizing blasters or a lightsaber themselves. Though capable of shifting her form to have legs, her preference for remaining in the water is such that she will often send others in her stead to fight an opponent that is located on land or refuses to come to the water's edge. |

| Lady Atargatis was a Vampirika-Ersansyr Hybrid female and the representative Agent of the Sith Lord Darth Levairos during the Galactic Convergence in 902 ABY. The historical record cannot confirm the whereabouts of Lady Atargatis before she joined the Sith Order due to incomplete data and the unreliability of the chronological timeline. It is believed that Lady Atargatis was active before 902 ABY and was present in the Shiraya Expanse following the collapse of the Confederacy of Independent Systems between 867 and 874 ABY. Lady Atargatis was believed to have hailed from Yavin 8 located in the Gordian Reach of the Outer Rim Territories. At some point before 867 ABY, it is thought that Lady Atargatis was in contact with Darth Levairos or another Agent of the Sith Lord who recovered her from Yavin 8 and placed her in charge of a hidden facility that came to rest within the Shiraya Expanse on the planet Khrea where a large population of Vampirika are known to reside. Lady Atargatis was not seen or heard from until more recently in 902 ABY when she was said to have made an appearance during the Crimson Concord held on Dromund Kaas. |
