From what Reina had heard about Naboo, it was meant to be a beautiful planet. It would have been good enough for her to try and distract herself from the things going on in the Galaxy, even for a short while. It was one of the first times, in a long time that she had decided to go on a small little venture out without anyone with her. It was strange to say the least, she had already found herself missing the company of people she knew. She was becoming weaker as a person perhaps. Wanting to be around other people, instead of being able to do with things herself but...there was a part of her that was actually happy about that thought. She was warming as a person. She was becoming someone who was alive, and living. Not just someone who was surviving.

The actual trip around Naboo was surprisingly enjoyable. She hadn't expected to take in the sights, but she enjoyed them. Mostly enjoying the sight of the lakes, watching the tranquil water to pass the time. The eb and flow of the water moving back and forth. There was a part of her that wondered if she'd have ever came here for her fishing career...She doubted it. The entire planet was far too fancy for her liking. It was nice to visit, but she could never see herself making a small living here selling what she could catch from the lakes. Plus for all she knew, there was some kind of law that would make it so she couldn't fish here. Either way, it was a nice little while to get out of the Temple for a bit. Reina just spent a few more moments enjoying the lake, gently running her hand through the water, watching her reflection shift and distort with the ripples of the lake.

With that said and done however, Reina had made her way back towards the city of Theed. She was taking her time, relying on herself to move instead of getting some kind of speeder or transport. She wanted to get used to the prosthesis. Her balance had already been a bit awkward with two natural legs, and she wanted to make sure to work on her balance at all times. Of course, it meant she was walking at somewhat faster than a snail's pace, but it was training in a way. Everything in life could teach you something and so she was trying to host her own kind of lessons for herself. Of course, once she got to the main square of Theed, the woman just...blinked to herself. There was so many people, she couldn't evne figure out where to go next.

"Just need some helpful feedback. Give them a try! Cookies made by yours truly, Jedi Padawan of the Shiraya Order. And of course no charge." The Jedi Padawan said with a small smile as he sat in a chair, a table set up before him. Amongst the table in separate trays across was various cookies in each tray. Different flavors of different kinds, inspired by the Jogan fruits that were tasty treats themselves. There was several that were already familiar with Aiden due to his many weekly meetings he held to help those cope with loss. It wasn't that he didn't trust them, they had become friends, so he hoped they weren't just telling him yes for his sake to help him out.

So he thought today would be a good test to offer to the people of Naboo, offered a few cookies and to see what they thought and such. And while there was no charge with these, they would probably go quickly especially if they are good. If he still had trays that were full, then he would have his answer.

This wasn't something Aiden would be doing full time, but just enough to give something different a try. He wasn't going to stop being a Jedi for this. That wasn't happening....

But who didn't like a cookie?

Especially if it was good.

Shiraya help me, I hope they are good.

"Most things given away for free in life have a catch."

Reina muttered to herself as she heard the Padawan advertising their free cookies. Plus something about the Shiraya Order? Reina had never really heard about it but hey...Free food was free food at the end of the day. She shrugged to herself as she waited for the crowd to start dispersing somewhat so she could get closer towards grabbing one of those cookies. It seemed like there wasn't going to be many left, considering she could see plenty of people munching away at them.

As soon as she got to the table, Reina just checked out the different trays, frowning to herself. She wanted a relatively plain cookie. Nothing with any added bits or extra treats. She didn't like sweet things on the best of days but today was all for new experiences. To get out there and get out of her comfort zone. If that meant eating some sweet cookies, then that's what it meant. Maybe she could try to bring some back to the Order for the other Padawans now that she thought of it...but for now, she tasted one of the cookies herself, nibbling into the sugary treat...

"...Huh. It could be worse."

"...Huh. It could be worse."

The Jedi Padawan glanced around at those that were in the area and even those that had come up to see what he had gotten on the trail for today. He couldn't quite remember what had put him on the path to start baking cookies, as he racked his brain. Memories began to spring up of him and Solenne making Jogan treats several times and while those weren't cookies themselves. Almost a pie of sorts, if it could be described that. It was probably then that he wanted to try his hand at doing some treats for those in need.

It was a cookie he thought, who could turn it down.

"What do you think?" Aiden inquired with a smile, and he absolutely wasn't against constructive criticism from those that were trying the cookies. "Too much? Not enough?" Aiden said with a chuckled. "I'm Aiden Porte, Jedi Padawan of the Shiraya Order." The young man extended his hand towards her. "Is this your first time on Naboo?" He inquired as to just make small talk.

"It's decent. It could be worse. It could be better. I'm not...good at giving feedback."

Reina shrugged her shoulders as she finished the last of her cookie. She had finished it, so it couldn't have been that bad if she was honest to herself. Otherwise she would have tossed it to the side. For now, she folded her arms along her front, turning her attention over towards Aiden for a moment.

"Oh. Reina. Reina Daival. I'm from the New Jedi Order on Tython."

So the Shiraa Order was some kind of Jedi Order. That made sense now that Reina thought about it in more detail. Of course there would be other Jedi Orders in the Galaxy...Though Reina wasn't overly concerned with them. She wasn't with the NJO because they were the best. She was with them because that's who she was close.

"Erh...Yeah. This is my first time here. My travels never really brought me to Naboo before."

"It's decent. It could be worse. It could be better. I'm not...good at giving feedback."

"That's actually about everything I could need right there." Aiden said with a smile, regardless of whether it was harsh or good. It was necessary for him, that's how one would grow. You had to be willing to take the hits and the honest criticism. The Jedi Padawan was all about getting better and growing.

"Oh. Reina. Reina Daival. I'm from the New Jedi Order on Tython."

"That's great!" Aide said with a smile, as he had another chair if she wished to take a seat. Aiden hadn't kept up too much with the New Jedi Order lately, Roman was gone from there, Cybelle was here. And there was a few others he knew, but perhaps barely. "How are things with them these days. Hopefully everything is going well." Aiden said with a sincere smile and nod. He would have to make a point to go take a visit very soon.

"Erh...Yeah. This is my first time here. My travels never really brought me to Naboo before."

"That's a shame, this a pretty remarkable place." Aiden voiced in regards to her travels never bring her out this way. "Make sure you take a good look around, there's plenty of good people and things here to check out. What have you done since you've arrived?"

"I'm not sure how helpful it could be. You can't exactly improve from someone saying "Oh. It doesn't taste bad but it doesn't taste amazing either."

Reina shrugged her shoulders at that, frowning a little bit to herself. It wasn't constructive in her eyes but at the same time she couldn't give constructive criticism when she wasn't used to sugar. Well, it could be worse. She took a seat for now, mostly to rest her leg right now as she stretched the prosthesis out for a moment whilst at the same time massaging her flesh and blood leg. She had been walking for quite a bit at the end of the day so.

"I suppose things are going well with the Order. I don't...pay much attention. I don't feel like I fit in there so..."

If anything, Reina felt like she didn't quite fit in anywhere. Not yet at least. She was trying to change that at the very least. To become a better person. A stronger person. But it was a task that was more monumental than she had expected. It was a good thing that she was stubborn enough to keep moving forward.

"I haven't done much since I arrived really...Walked around for a bit. Taken a look at some of the ponds and fountains. Nearly went to go take a swim before deciding it would be best if I stayed dry."

"I'm not sure how helpful it could be. You can't exactly improve from someone saying "Oh. It doesn't taste bad but it doesn't taste amazing either."

"You'd be surprised by how much any sort of feedback is. Not matter how small or unimportant it may seem." Aiden chuckled lightly, it was always good to see a jedi from a fellow enclave, especially one of the New Jedi Order. That was where Aiden had started off formally anyway. Samara had trained him in the medical field and then Solenne had taken over his training and he learned quite a bit from her. He was still learning from her, and now that he was here on Naboo, he was learning and even greater deal.

"I suppose things are going well with the Order. I don't...pay much attention. I don't feel like I fit in there so..."

"Why do you say that?" Aiden inquired, his helpful nature going to work automatically. It was perhaps an annoyance to some, but he didn't care. He would seek to help and give out advice, aide, a friendly hand and whatever else was needed to see someone succeed.

"I haven't done much since I arrived really...Walked around for a bit. Taken a look at some of the ponds and fountains. Nearly went to go take a swim before deciding it would be best if I stayed dry."

"You should definitely try out the water, when my family first settled here I spent many a days out there in that water. In the fields, next to the small lake and small waterfalls. I've only been a few times now, but the locals that venture out that way still says it a true image of beauty."

Aiden offered her a chair if she wanted to sit.

"Are you thirsty?"

Feedback always had to be something big for Reina. She didn't like being told to make subtle changes. They had to be something that could realistically see change from. It was interesting to see at the very least that she had met someone from a different Order. It wasn't like she was entirely a follower of the New Jedi Order's beliefs. Honestly, Reina followed her own beliefs, but it just matched up that she was able to get the training that she needed from the New Jedi Order.

"Hm? It's just...the kind of person I am. I'm a bit...too aggressive for a Jedi, I suppose. Rude as well. I'm not good...with helping people. I'm not good with emotions. Or other people's pain. It's...just that."

With that, Reina headed over towards the chair that Aiden had offered her, sitting herself down as she decided to mess around with her prosthesis for a moment. It was going to take a while before she answered Aiden, mostly because Reina wanted to make sure her leg wasn't playing up again before she looked up, giving a little grin.

"A little bit. I'm usually always thirsty though. No matter how much I drink."

Aiden easily nodded his head. it was admirable what she spoke off. "I appreciate your honesty my friend. There's all kinds of Jedi out there. My help extends to any one of them should they wish it. If we can help each other than that is just the start to a much greater thing."

"It's good to meet you."

The Jedi was glad that she took a seat, it was good to meet new people and have more interactions with others. Especially out here as they were.

"A little bit. I'm usually always thirsty though. No matter how much I drink."

"Here." Aiden offered her a spare canteen next to his side, just for the purpose if anyone cared to join him. He actually had quite a few set aside. You really never knew who was going to show up.

"How do you find Naboo?" An easy question just to open up further channels of talk between the two.

"Heh. You sound like one of those Knights, from the stories I was told as a kid. The kind of Knight I wanted to be like. Not...the whole Jedi kind."

She waved her hand, somewhat dismissive even though there was a small growing smile on her face. Reina had partly lost faith that the ideal of a Knight she had in her mind didn't even exist anymore. But it seemed like she was being pleasantly surprised. She gave a short nod at the comment about it being good to meet her. Whilst she didn't exactly say it herself, the feeling was mutual.

"It's fancy here. Lots of...rich looking stuff. Fabric. Buildings. Seems like the kind of place I wouldn't fit in. I'd like it for a little while, but I'd hate to have to live here."

Reina sipped at the canteen for a moment, letting out a satisfied sigh. She felt like she fit in more in Coruscant or Corellia. Naboo wasn't exactly her place. It wasn't a place she'd ever be able to call home...but she didn't mind visiting every now and then.

"Heh. You sound like one of those Knights, from the stories I was told as a kid. The kind of Knight I wanted to be like. Not...the whole Jedi kind."

"That would be cool, I'm not going to lie. I just try my best do what I can to help." Aiden said with a small smile. As he faced forward again, the crowd had kinda died down and there were just a few people here and there that were coming through. Steady and easy the day would continue.

"It's fancy here. Lots of...rich looking stuff. Fabric. Buildings. Seems like the kind of place I wouldn't fit in. I'd like it for a little while, but I'd hate to have to live here."

"There's a lot of history here. I knew someone who thought like you did. If you find the right place and you quiet your mind, Naboo is truly remarkable." Aiden chuckled lightly as he was trying to not be biased. But that couldn't be helped, he loved his home. And now that he was really the only Porte left here, he couldn't just toss it aside.

"You would fit in here." Aiden said with a small encouraging smile. "Everyone here is super friendly, not the type to try and sell you the place completely. But just enough to let you know that, you wouldn't be a stranger here."

"That's noble. Doing what you can to help I mean. I tried that, and ended up losing my leg because of it."

She shrugged her shoulders at that, letting her eyes drift off into the distance. She was doing her best to listen to Aiden's words, whilst at the same time her thoughts swayed from side to side almost like a breeze on the wind.

"I've never been one for history if I'm honest. For me, it's the future that matters. Not our past. Too many people focus on what's happened and don't think about how they might affect the future..."

Reina shook her head at the idea of coming to stay at Naboo. Sure, she might end up visiting a lot more often than most planets, but this wouldn't be her home. The same way Tython hadn't been her home and Coruscant hadn't been her home. For Reina, there wasn't such a thing...but the thought was nice at least.

"...I'd hope I fit in here. I take up less space than the average person. One of the upsides of missing a leg."

"That's noble. Doing what you can to help I mean. I tried that, and ended up losing my leg because of it."

"I'm sorry to hear that." Aiden with a sincere tone. "I suppose some tend to take advantage and attack those willing to help." The idea was not lost on him that there were those out there that were willing to prey on the weak and those that were helping the weak to. It was truly something disturbing to think about, and cowardly.

"I've never been one for history if I'm honest. For me, it's the future that matters. Not our past. Too many people focus on what's happened and don't think about how they might affect the future..."

"That's a good analogy to have, I think about that at times as well. I'd say it goes hand in hand." Aiden spoke with a smile as settled into his chair and took a deep breath. The winds picking up just briefly around them. The small storm from the east were bringing in small gusts of cools winds. They were to be enjoyed as rain would follow in the next day or so.

"...I'd hope I fit in here. I take up less space than the average person. One of the upsides of missing a leg."

Aiden couldn't help but chuckle, while if she was mean to joke about it. Then the laugh was warranted, and she didn't. Then he would feel like complete chit. "There's plenty of room I assure you. You can take up as much space as you need." Aiden smirked and took a drink from his water canteen. "You let me know if there is anything I can do to help. And not just me, there are a lot of good people here."

"It was someone else who wanted to help who did it. Who thought their way of helping was better than mine. Maybe they were right. Maybe they were wrong."

Reina sighed to herself as the wind started to pick up ever so slightly. It was a pleasant breeze at least. She loved the wind. It was the second best thing for her compared to the sea. You could learn so much from a simple gust of wind. A small smile spread across her face as she leaned against her chair for a moment, folding her prosthesis over her regular leg.

"I leave the hand in hand stuff to the people smarter than me. I'll just learn what I'm taught and do what I'm told I suppose. And if I don't agree with what I'm being told? I'll kick up a fuss."

She raised an eyebrow at the laughter coming from Aiden, breaking out into a small grin. It looked like she was able to get a few laughs out if she needed to. All the same, she just leaned back in the chair, rolling her eyes at the offer of coming to Aiden or anyone else for help.

"I'll be fine. I appreciate the thought though. Thank you."
