• That's a big one: due to the use of the DM&S-100 model 64 turret, the La Confiance-class corvettes are effective against frigates and lower only.
• That's how far I can go: the lack of hyperdrive make them unable to leave the system where they are deployed.

DESCRIPTION
Ordered by the House Haskler, produced by Dalness Manufacturings & Shipbuilding, the La Confiance-class corvettes are made to operate and defend the systems in where they are deployed. Using the last artillery gun made by the Dalness, they are effective against starfighters, troop transports, corvettes and frigates. Their great manoeuvrability and speed make them pretty dangerous. They can transport 50 passengers.

I adjusted the ship by lowering the armament (from "Very High" to "High"), the manoeuvrability (from "Very High" to "High") and the speed (from "High" to "Average"). I hope that it's ok for you.
