Description: A hand and a half beskad of hot-blued beskar on the hilt, with electrum coins etched with the mandalorian protectors symbol, the blade is an impressive and cruel shape designed with several back spines and a false edge at the back tip. It is razor sharp, designed especially for dispatching targets with light to no armor on them.
The mandalorian iron in the blade is folded in the signature mokume hada style of Ijaat on his personal weaponry. The blade is even differentially hardened and tempered, causing a beautiful suguha hamon along it's edge which Ijaat has taken the time to polish to traditional standards, making it a brilliant display of metallurgy.
The scabbard and belting system are made of a veshok wood and crosh hide dyed the same steely blue-grey almost black as the handle components, studded with beskar and electrum studs and tooled with the protectors emblem on the throat-locket of the scabbard and a mythosaur skull on the chape. The straps connecting the belt are devised so pressing in the middle of the belt, shaped and worked to resemble the clan sigil of Ijaat's now extinct (except for him) clan, will release the belt from his waist to eliminate any entanglements.
It is, to put simply, a master smiths made weapon. Time and care has went into this piece, more time and care than most. Every effort has been taken to make sure this piece is both deadly instrument of war and status symbol, all in one. And even though the man carrying it could easily have accessed alchemists and more, he has kept it to traditinoal mandalorian crafting means, and that in and of itself is a statement as well.
