Having just recently undergo a change of command —going from an ineffective regency council of executives to the daughter of the previous head of the company—, Kvothe Fabrications lost nearly all of the traction it had been gaining in the universe, along with a vast majority of the companies worth, most of it having been poured into the construction of their headquarters, a large satellite orbiting the planet of Ord Trasi, which had limited and burnt potential business and operations the corporation had originally been undergoing. In conjunction with the recent deal the previous head of Kvothe Fabrications had made with the corporate oligarchy of Ord Trasi, the company finds itself with little means of continuing or acting upon the large scale productions it had originally been planning in its most recent 5 year plan. Despite these unfortunate transgressions, the company is still operating, and for the most part, is producing exclusively for the citizens and the militia of Ord Trasi, producing on masse —as much as they can— to provide weapons and arms to the planet.
With new plans having to be drafted, and the new head of the company at the helm, [member="Kezia Lavellan"] plans to reach out to other companies and unions in order to reestablish or establish new connections and in deals in hopes of returning Kvothe to its former glory, and even further, to take it past that point and grow Kvothe Fabrications into a valuable asset for anyone with a mind for war or defense.
RATIONALE
Kezia, being the only child of the previous head of the company, Kvothe, and her mother, Allia, no longer with them, Kezia was written into Kvothe's will as the sole heir to the corporation. Kvothe had made it quite explicit —through a series of documents, deals, and conversations— that in the event of his passing, Kezia was to take over as the CEO of Kvothe Fabrications. If the time of his passing was too earlier and Kezia was not yet old enough to take over, Kezia would shadow on of the executives, her godfather and his closest friend, in order to learn the intricacies of business, and a council of members of his choosing —as it was written in multiple documents— would establish a regency until she came of the age of 28.
