DESCRIPTION
At times Dhakarta finds it useful to depend upon her witch heritage, and has found that the Mandalorian armour she usually favours can make that difficult, cutting her off from her connection with the web. Still, doesn't like to be entirely unarmoured, feeling naked with nothing. So she created the Kurs armour, which leaves her head and hands free and uncovered.

The gauntlets, chestpiece and boots are made of maalraas leather base with Phrik plates over it to add some kinetic resistance without sacrificing safety from blasters or lightsabers. Beneath it she wears Dathomirian spidersilk for comfort and modesty.

Strengths:
  • Light - Allows for a wide range of movement, isn't particularly tiring to wear, and leaves her head and hands free to practice witchcraft
  • Protects against range of attacks - Particularly blaster, lightsaber and heat based attacks due to the properties of Phrik and Maalraas leather
  • Alchemized - Rather than imbuing it with a specific ability or spell, Dhakarta has imbued this armor with spirit ichor, allowing her to boost her own abilities somewhat and providing a small source to draw on should she be depleted in some manner.
Weaknesses:
  • Light - Parts of Dhakarta are not protected at all by this armour, notably her neck, head, elbows, hands and thighs
  • Helmetless - Flashbangs and the like, largely useless against most armoured foes would be quite effective, as is any airborne attack
  • Lowtech - No calling for help, no looking things up, no help aiming, the armour helps in a fight, but it means Dhakarta is relying on herself
