Krizar is a 25-pound repulsorlift droid, dull greenish-brown, with Nightshadow coating, small utility arms, and oversized optics.
BIOGRAPHY:
A disillusioned Lords of the Fringe DNK0 'Dinko' sniper spotter droid, Krizar named himself after a tenacious biting creature to signify that he was both like and unlike what he was designed to be.
Upon achieving sapience, he set out to develop individuality and personality in a conscious way. He experimented with paint jobs and aftermarket modifications, but eventually settled on an an appearance close to stock. He has pursued a variety of remote careers, including surveyor, prospector, and foley designer. He has also taken mercenary work and made tips at various gun ranges. He is a lonely sort, well travelled and rootless. He has seen far too much.

- An excellent spotter
for a sniperat any range - Can
warn a sniper ofspot approaching enemies, weather conditions, and other complications - Can detect and pinpoint personal comms usage
- Can calculate trajectories, leads for moving targets, etc.
- Can estimate enemy snipers' locations based on incoming fire
- Won't show up on anything but the most targeted scans
- Can see through cloaking devices,
even if the sniper's own optics can't - Visually dull and easily disguisable with foliage
- Can carry backup ammunition, field repair/cleaning kits, and other smallish items
for the sniper - Can call in artillery fire and air support when available and necessary
- Quite durable
- By default, relies solely on passive sensor systems, as its active scans can be detected
- Doesn't communicate with the usual beeps, whistles, or drama
- Good at sabacc
- No alternative mode of transportation; if the repulsors get scrambled or blasted, the droid is twenty-five pounds of dead weight to lug around
- Completely unarmed, a special challenge since the spotter is supposed to be an asset for rear/perimeter security
- A lightsaber, force pike, or high-end vibroblade will cut right through him
Poor company, unless you like virtual silence and the occasional toneless whisper through your earbud
