SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Poison Lined: Each guantlet's blade has been lined with Devaronian blood poison, making the weapons deadly from even a single cut. The poison that is lined over the blade can cause excruciating pain from holding the blade to the skin, let alone breaching the skin and allowing the toxin into the blood stream.
  • Retractable: The blades can be retracted back into their gauntlet's so that they are easier to transport and quickly produce in combat.
Strengths:
Poisoned blades: These blades host a terrible poison that can cause horrible pain from their touch, breaching the skin would allow the poison's toxin to infiltrate the blood stream and cause blinding pain. In addition the pain will last until the wound has been properly treated and healed.

Resilient: The metal these blades are made of is nearly indestructible, making them the ideal weapons to go against lightsabers and other forms of melee weaponry.

Weaknesses:
Only the skilled may live: If one is not trained in the propper usage of these blades they will find them clumsy and awkward, not a good mix with a volatile poison.

Heavy: The extra strain the weapons put on the arm takes some getting used to, in the beginning they can easily cause some unwanted stress.

Dangerously Close: Because of the combat form and layout of the weapons it is very easy for one to cut themselves if they are not careful. Alongside that they put the users hands directly in the path of combat, so if a blade was to go too far down the length of the user's, it could sever a hand.

Goodbye finger: For these blades to be used effectively the user must sacrifice one finger from each hand, these fingers are replaced with mechanical prosthetic that have a built-in switch which allows the blades to deploy and retract on command.

DESCRIPTION
After Krieg Merriden's accident he decided to retrain himself, feeling there was always room for improvement. In essence he wanted to turn his body into a living weapon that did not fight in the conventional method. This brought him to the conclusion that he could use a new weapon, removed from the vibroblades and lightsabers of the Inquisition. A weapon that was his own and could be used in conjunction with his advance hand to hand combat style.

Krieg developed his gauntlet blades to be just that weapon. Underneath his long ebony trench coat ae two rather bulky gauntlets that can produce a set of twin blades. These blades are lined with poison and meant to be the ideal weapon of an Inquisitor such as Krieg.

Length: 45Cm
  • An average human forearm is about 28 cm (11 inches) in length. Your blade is half again as long – where would it retract? At its current length, nearly 15 cm of the blade would be left jutting out from the gauntlet, which would defeat the point of having a retractable blade in the first place.
  • Please reduce the length of the blade to something feasible for this purpose.
