Rationale: With the upheaval plaguing the galaxy and every planet, Darth Arcanix decided to use funds from Krayt Industry to form a subsidiary under the Krayt banner that would allow the company to help with the refugee problem and to move food and water supplies to those that needed it.

Description:
Seeing the problems of the galaxy up close during business in the Imperial Remnant, and especially with the current problems gripping the galaxy from the disappearances of trillions of beings, Taeli Rae, known as Darth Arcanix, decided to found a subsidiary of Krayt Industries to help with the situation. Krayt Agri & Cultivation was founded by her to help move and produce food supplies and water to a desperate population on Coruscant and eventually elsewhere in the galaxy.
Focusing currently on just producing nutrient bars and other ration bars that could give a person what they need to survive, Taeli recognized that eventually they would need to actually move operations to an agri-world to actually help more people. For now though, manufacturing the bars en-mass for the public and making sure water was available by keeping the systems running on Coruscant is the primary objective of this subsidiary.
Some would argue this was a carefully orchestrated political move by the Sith to try and produce good will and PR for the Sith, but she would simply claim it was for the good of everyone that she do something to help those in need. Whether that is true or not, both are the result.
