STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES (Required: 2 Weaknesses Minimum) :
Charismatic and stubborn, Kolyat is a hardball player in the world of politics. With his well known Pro-Alien and Pro-Glaucus ideals he is one of the main investors in privateer exploration groups such as the Bluehawks whom with their image, promote human/alien relations as well as adding worlds to the map. Raised as a military man, he is no stranger to war, nor is he a stranger to the horrors of war and is a staunch adversary of Ardak Serifen's war-mongering tendencies. His attacks on Ardak and his Pro-Alien agenda have not won him many votes however and he is seen as a kind of sinister thief where Aliens and humans that support him see him more as a Robin Hood figure, attempting to take the extra money and privileges and share them with the less fortunate and repressed. Unfortunately he is also approaching his final days and he is old. He isn't able to move like he used to, but he can still pack a punch if you give him a weapon.

BIOGRAPHY:
Born and raised on the planet Byss, Kolyat was one of the few Alien families lucky enough to live in one of the grand cities as his family was a recently prestigious military family. He was raised like a little soldier and when he became of age was thrust into the Naval Academy. Barley graduating and joining the Navy, Kolyat was a very over confident pilot. His skills alone got him to the rank of Lieutenant, but a tragic event that left him with a scar on his face and most of his squadron dead changed his attitude. He became a harder, more serious man who's naval exploits eventually got him to the rank of Admiral. Leaving the Navy within two years of his promotion, he has since become the senator of Byss and has been pushing for peacefull expansion rather than the battles he has been hearing about and with the recent events of Roche, he can only toot his horn so loud about the repercussions of war at such a delicate time.
