- With regular patrols of security forces and the general atmosphere of cooperation, the city rarely sees any form of strife. For travelers, the opportunities are endless and services are readily available for newcomers.
- Freedom & Oppression: The general atmosphere of the capital city is lively and free. Akarans heartily welcome visitors and the streets are constantly buzzing with activity.

- Kitsuhana Port: The port is the oldest on the planet, providing the terrestrial watercraft easy access to the city and the middle sea.
- Grand Market: Lying just outside the old citadel grounds, the market is the central hub for all things business.
- Royal Theatre: In times past, this ancient complex would be used to entertain the masses with song and dance. Now, the facilities are mostly used as the center of regular festivals.
- Old Citadel Grounds: When the Empress relocated to a new palace outside of the city, the old palace became a landmark to be preserved. Though most of the grounds now consist of housing for residents, the actual palace is now a museum of sorts.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Founded over a millennia ago when the clans united, Kitsuhana has definitely stood the test of time. Once the Akaran civilization was stable, the city became the center for trade and culture, with many coming from across the planet to spend days within the city.
Formerly the home to the royal family and seat of government, the importance of the city has always meant a well defended population center. More recently, Kimiko has moved the governing and military out of the city limits so citizens can enjoy their lives without interruption.
With the rapid modernization of Akarui, the city has evolved almost overnight. The future of the city is bright as the Empire continues to prosper.
