SPECIAL FEATURES

DESCRIPTION
Kiso was a more fashion over function person, and preferred attire that looked flamboyant and eye-catching then armor that actually protected vital body parts. This proved a down fall as during a battle was caught in an explosion and subsequently lost her right eye due to the shrapnel, causing Kiso to reconsider combat clothing more seriously. As a result with help from another mercenary partner she developed a combat cape like her original, combining three different cloth like material to produce an all purpose armored cape for most combat situations. During production several copies and different modulations were made to serve as replacements when one was damage or if it failed to work properly. Though soon it was learned after a few skirmishes how easy it was to replace the different layer, and as such had several other cape which she is willing to give away to other mercenaries.

None of the materials you have included make any direct mention of protection from ballistics, especially not in the form of a cape. Either make this out of something else, or otherwise alter your strengths/description/quality to reflect this.

Removed un-weave and replaced it with H.T.E armor wave, as such also got rid of sensor resistance.
