[SIZE=11pt]PERSONALITY:[/SIZE] Kirill has the unmistakable presence of nobility. Moving with the unruffled calm of a cat and the dignified gait of someone in command, he no need to walk or talk quickly since he is never in danger of being ignored or marginalized. Every now and then, the cathar will play to his gruff reputation by dramatically reprimanding a subordinate or impulsively making love to a partner with unsheathed claws. But underneath all his hissing and scratching, he still a pussycat at heart.
[SIZE=11pt]APPEARANCE:[/SIZE] So formidable was his appearance, golden yellow fur covering his muscular body, with his huge limbs and his feline yellow predatory eyes blazing under his tangled black mane. Like all cathar, Kirill had retractible claws and the ability of rapid healing.
The mandalorians had come, like history repeating itself all over though this time the beasts of war clad in their armor did not wipe the species out to near extinction. Just beat them into submission like they have done to so many other planets before Cathar. Kirill took up arms alongside his master to defend against the invasion, but the mandalorians were far to versed in the ways of war. They could not be beaten. Tho the cathar warriors fought valiantly, including padawan and master, they could not get the upper-hand against an army born and raised for the sole purpose of honorable battle.
Jedi Master Tavo was lost and his padawan was with out mentor. Kirill, young and foolhardy, saught revenge. He even began to lead guerilla forces against the occupying mandalorian empire. Bloodshed only lead to more bloodshed, more death with no hope of success. It was Kirill's last battle, a bautched ambush devasted his cell, him being the sole survivor and badly wounded. He found himself seeking refuge at the sacred barial grounds where the ashes of his master were spread over the bones of their ancestors. He meditated, first in a long time, While his body began the healing process. To his surprise, the ghost of Master Tavo had come to him. Sadden was the departed on how far his pupil had fallen. Scorned the young cathar that revenge was was not the way of the light. It did would not ease the pain of lost loved ones and if continued would lead him down to the path of the darkside. It was obvious that Kirill was in need of more training and more importantly, another master to keep him grounded and on the proper track.
Under haunted advisement of the dead master Tavo, Kirill bought passage off of cathar and sought out the New Jedi Order to continue his training in service of the Jedi.
