War was inevitable. With the dawn of Vylmira Technological Industries, Voph renewed his efforts in improving the Octarchy Covenant to be the foremost fighting force in the CIS. Upon his discovery of Kinesium, and the properties thereof, Voph set about making a suit of prototype armor. From that armor, the standard issue Kinesium Armor was developed. Becoming standard issue for members of the Octarchy, Kinesium Armor began to replace Xeno Armor as ships returned to Vylmira for resupply. Offering stellar protection against both Kinetic weapons and blasters, Kinesium Armor was far lighter, more flexible, and more agile than the titanous Xeno Armor, making it a must have for soldiers marching to war against the Mandalorians.
