A minor member of the Seoulian royal family, he has always been treated as -- and felt like -- a second class citizen within the royal family due to his parentage; his mother was an outsider, a Corellian. Though he was publicly invited to royal functions and events, behind closed door he was the recipient of many royal cold shoulders. He served as a fighter pilot in the Seoulian defense force and, upon the reformation of the First Order, was dispatched to serve as a cultural attache and fighter pilot to represent Seoul in the new First Order.
