INVENTORY

PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS

Kikker is, at his core, a street tough with a cop's uniform on. While he does have a certain sense of justice, he's not above bending the rules, cracking heads, taking an occasional bribe, or looting an illegal detainee to line his own pockets. In his book, all of that is compensation for the demands the job of Sector Ranger places on him. While he's generally misanthropic, he does have a soft spot in his heart for children, animals and droids as he says those three groups as blank slates that only turn bad when corrupted by the lowlifes of the galaxy.

STRENGTHS

  • Excellent Gunman: To make up for his physical limitatons, Kikker has honed his marksmanship to the point where he's become a deadly shot and an even deadlier quickdraw artist.
  • Underworld Navigation: His background means that Kikker is well-traversed in underground circles. He has a large network of underground contacts and knows who the glaactic players are in criminal circles.

WEAKNESSES

  • Physicality: A Rybet that doesn't even clock in at 5 feet tall, Kikker's small frame means that in a hand-to-hand fight, he's normally at a tremendous disadvantage. Unless he's fighting an Ewok. But those situations are tragically rare for him.
  • Hair Trigger Temper: Kikker is easily provoked, especially about his species, height, favorite sports teams, his drinking habits, his gambling addiction, and more besides.

HISTORY

Kikker grew up on Tatooine like many famous figures in galactic history. However, Kikker didn't have Force Powers or a criminal empire to get off the planet. His father, a skiff pilot for a local Hutt lord, earned a meager living and Kikker didn't want that for himself. He enrolled in the Mos Eisley Police academy and became a cop. Of course, Tatooine is hardly the best place for a law enforcement officer to thrive and Kikker quickly had to develop moral flexibility and a tough exterior to survive. Fortunately, his years chasing punks down desert alleys came to an end when he acquitted himself well against a Tusken Raider raid in town. Recognized for his efforts, he was accepted as a Sector Ranger. Getting away from the desert and onto the air-conditioned ships of the Rangers has done wonders for his amphibious skin.
