SPECIAL FEATURES
  • HUD
  • Magnetized Boots
  • Wrist Mounted Vibroblade
  • Droid Brain
  • Scomp Link
Strengths:
  • Droid Brain Assistance: The advanced droid brain integrated into the armor allows for quick and accurate movement during combat, providing assistance in aiming, piloting, and tactical analysis in the armor's HUD. The Droid Brain can also be used to transfer important data by ejecting the data chip and inserting it into various devices.
  • Battle Ready: Is good against stuff and isn't immune to anything.
  • Increased Ability: Servos aid in lifting heavy objects that a human would not normally be able to lift. (Ex. Being able to move a speeder by themselves would be the upper limit of what one can do)
Weaknesses:
  • EMP: Between the servos actively keeping the armor moving and the integrated droid brain the suit is incredibly susceptible to EMP and Ion attacks despite the duraplast armor.
  • Vulnerable Joints: Like most combat ready armors, to improve flexibility the armor has gaps fitted throughout the plates so that a soldier can move like they are supposed to. These places are incredibly vulnerable to slugthrowers, vibroblades, and other kinetic weapons.
  • Lightsabers: While able to take a glancing blow from a lightsaber on a good day, more often than not lightsabers will burn through the armor in a direct match up.
  • Droid Brain: On top of being too difficult to shield from EMP and ion weapons, the droid brains take up a large portion of the armor's back, creating a visible lump on their backs. Targeting this can damage or even destroy the droid brain, filling the user's HUD with information that the droid brain was keeping in check.
DESCRIPTION
Designed for the small teams of the CorSec Tactical Response Team, the Kiax is a heavy armor that prioritized efficiency and teamwork. Paired with droid brains, CorSec TRT leaders are given a superb understanding of their surroundings, team status and mission status. The suit also comes equipped with a scomp link that the droid brain can utilize to slice into enemy systems. The armor also provides excellent protection against toxins, general weapons fire, and even vacuum with the ability to sustain a user for two hours or 45 min during situations of extreme stress. Servos help reduce the weight of the armor on the wearer but ultimately provide one of the armo'r most glaring weaknesses. While its HUD and other systems are generally well protected against EMP, ion weapons and powerful EMPs can short out the servos leaving the user trapped in an incredibly heavy suit of armor. However they are also one of the armor's greatest strengths. While it in no way can increase a user's speed, it does increase the upper limit of what one person can lift or move, making it an excellent tool for search and rescue and hand to hand combat.

virtually and most would suggest its already matched with its rating, no? Pretty much every armor in the SW universe militaries don't take damage from slugthrowers outside of high powered rifles, verpine shatterguns etc etc

The 'Battle Ready' strength does not read as a strength, meaning it should fit more in the description.

Also, ratings above average need to be listed as a strength. So that would be vs. Blasters | vs. Slugthrowers | vs. Gasses.
