While her sister got an offer to follow and join her Theresa wanted to work in their offices starting as a secretary and moving up to personal assistant until there was a job opening after an unfortunate incident with the board. When they were all killed under unknown circumstance she had a new opening in human resources. The pay increase was nice and she got to meet some of the new ones working for them making some allies or in the case friends on the Leviathan squad that were more than happy to handle problems such as annoying ex boyfriends with their guns. When the chance for advancement came she took it becoming head of human resources and making sure her sister got on the fast track to be in charge of the books for Cole who was funding several of the schools across the planet. A way to find new recruits and ones who wanted to work for them with that special something, with that killer instinct and sociopathic personality that wasn't afraid to step on the little people.[/SIZE]
