Scammed indeed, he thought sarcastically to himself. "So, they were upset you tried to make a little money of a transaction? Good grief. Some people these days. Wantin' everything for nothing. Anyway, where were we before we were so rudely interrupted?" He asked while smirking and gesturing for her to follow him on board. "I believe discussing how we could arrange for your passage to Nar Shadaa, correct? So what say you? What kind of an arrangement can we come to that seems fair to you?"

He could think of a couple different ways personally. But wanted to first see what she even had to offer. Never show your cards if you don't have to he always said.

Hmmm well I could do a few things if you got anything to do"she said AMD followed smiling "AMD I will put out I'm available" she said then quickly said"for a permanent job of course"she said and smiled "would be good too ya know " she said

A bounty hunter without a ship. And young too. He just wasn't sure about her skill level when it came to her chosen profession. She handled that one moron in the bar easily enough. But then, he wasn't exactly a tough person to get out of the way. And an interesting choice of words, he noted with her pleasant smile. He half wondered if she wasn't suggesting something else...or maybe she was just trying to mess with his mind. Either way, she'd have to do better than that. He didn't become a ship's captain by being lulled in by a pretty face.

"Well. I might have something you could do for your passage to Nar Shadaa." He walked on board after she had gone, and then led her to a small lounge area. There were several of his deck hands there on break. Almost all noticed her instantly, and began to look her over like she was a piece of meat to be had. Normally he'd yell at them to mind their manners. But he wanted to see how this woman would handle it. An attractive beauty like this was no doubt used to being eyed. But if she was put off by the actions, she probably wasn't what she was claiming either. "Can I get you something to drink?" He asked as he poured himself some water. He never did like discussing business after drinking. Dulled his mind too much. He waited for her answer on the drink, and then continued. "And as for a permanent job. I'm not sure I could afford a bounty hunters services full time. What would you charge me for your services?"

She smiled lightly as she thought he didn't catch her words, when he brought her onto the ship AMD to the lounge area where she instantly felt the eyes fall upon her. She ignored it as she would say looks don't matter but touching is different, she would smile and turn to [member="Ice"] to answer his question"yes please and as for how much "she thought to herself for a second" how much do you pay your crew

Any eyebrow raised at her uncaring nature toward the attention shown her. "Interesting." He thought to himself as he poured her a glass of water and handed it to her. "I'd have to think on it." He said as he made an obvious gesture with his eyes towards his men. He didn't want to discuss her pay in front of them. "After all, if you did stay on with us. It would be as a crew member. Not as a bounty hunter. The wages I think you will find would be different."

With drinks in hand he continued. "Please come with me to my office. I'd like to talk privately about the job I had in mind." He led her through the ship till they reached his office. The door slid open quietly to reveal a large elongated room. It was in point of fact the captains quarters. However, the first half of the room was a sort of sitting room type set up. It had his desk, computer work station as well as an extra chair to the right.

Ice took a seat in his chair and gestured for her to take the empty. "As I mentioned earlier, I am going to be picking up some cargo to take to Nar Shadaa. It's in an area that's a bit rough though. I wouldn't mind having another gun with me when I went in to finish making preparations for the delivery of cargo. Besides. It always looks good to a client if you can show their cargo is going to be adequately protected. So in essance, you would be my escort for this trip. That sound fair to you?"

She nodded and followed him as they arrived to his quarters she looked around at the room taking in the sight as she went over and sat in the empty chair and listened to him explain his job in which was simple it seemed, protect the cargo l. She smiled and nodded as she went to answer his previous question "I would accept working as a crew member and I'm willing to do this job to prove myself

Ice nodded with a smile. He was a little surprised at her eagerness to sign on. Even at crew members pay...actually he hadn't even given her a salary rate. Though, he also supposed they could work it out later. The next days events were to cover her passage to Nar Shadaa anyway. Not her new job. "I'm glad to hear it." He casually looked her over once more. But not in an obvious manner as his crewmen had done. This was more subtle. He was working out all manner of tricks and possible ways this bueaty might be useful....if she was willing. "Depending on how well things go. I might bring you onto more....shall we say challenging assignments off ship. Would this interest you? Or would you prefer to just remain as a guard on the ship?"

She smiles seeing him give her a look over in a better way she listened to him ask his question to her about challenging assignments, she then smiled at him and decided to give him a once over as well then nodded",I wouldn't mind a challenge "she said and winked at him

So far she was perfect for what he had in mind. He gave a playful smile and decided to embellish on his offer. "Well...I have found that sometimes, certain doors of opportunity can only be opened when one has the right kind of leverage. Some people find that working with me can be grating. Yet when the word is coming from the lips of a beautiful woman...." He said gesturing to her. "...Men can be sooo much more compliant, as I'm sure you know. Now don't get me wrong here. I'm not suggesting you go sleeping with anyone." He wanted that point to be clear.

Ice may be a lot of things. But he did have a level of respect for woman that wouldn't allow even him to take advantage of them that way. "All i'm saying is you as a woman can be more persuasive than I can, to certain people. Would you be comfortable with these kind of assignments or no? Honestly. I don't want to push you into something you don't want."

She listened to him and gave a small blush to being called beautiful then listened as he explained more, it was true she in the past had been more persuasive to others by certain ways AMD such though she's never slept with one to get something"hmm interesting its something I'll think on "she said with a smile to him

"Fair enough." He said diplomatically. "Well. I don't have any private quarters for you right now. All my crew mates are men, so I never really saw reason to make separate quarters before." He paused trying to figure out sleeping arrangements. "Do you have a place to stay for the night? Because until i get a room for you, all that is available here, is the general crew quarters with the rest of the bunch, and my quarters here." He said jokingly not expecting her to take up either option.

She thought to herslf, she actually didn't have any other places to go to sleep actually she rubbed the back of her head"heh weeeeell I actually don't have any place I can stay heh heh heh"she said and smiled lightly "

Ice couldn't help but give a quick chuckle. "Oh is that so?" She was quite the tease wasn't she. "My god," he thought to himself. "They'd be able to win so many new contracts it was ridiculous. If only she agreed. But for now...what is going through that devilish mind of hers?" He pondered some before finally answering. "Hmmm, well you can have my bed, if you want it." He offered. "I'll sleep over here. At least then you don't have to worry about any of the men being annoying."

He may be willing to be the gentlemen and offer her a comfortable place to sleep. But she was still new to him. He wasn't about to leave her in the room with his computer files alone. "Does that work for you? Then by tomorrow, I'll have a more permanent place set up for you."

She thought to herself AMD nodded "thank you for your kindness" she said and stood bowing to him "I think we'll make a good eh business partners" she said and smiled at him"

"Any time darlin'. Any time." Well I guess I better get my spot set up. With that, he got up and moved past her. Reaching a closet, he pulled out some extra blankets and padding so he could make a spot on the floor. "Oh and the restroom and shower is over there if you need it." He said pointing, as he moved to set up a spot for him to sleep. "Is there anything else you might need? Do you need to head out and collect any gear before we shut down and seal the ship up for the night?"

She giggles when sh was called darlin she thought this guy was pretty how would she say it nice and cute but she could see he knew how to take command as he was the captain"OK thank...oh I never got your name"she said as she sat on the edge of the bed"and not I don't

"Heh. I suppose you're right. We never did actually have proper introductions. The name is Ice." Before continuing, he pulled up his comm. "Bridge, this is Ice. Go ahead and close everything up for the night. All our business is concluded till tomorrow." There was a quick "Aye Captain." And Ice put the comm back on the table. "How about you. What's your name?" He felt kind of funny that he had this woman sleeping in his room and was only now getting her name. He really had to work on that.

I'm Saki Lin its nice to meet you"she said holding her hand out"I hope this meeting grows to something"she said not referencing anying in particular

He raised an eyebrow and smirked as he walked over and shook her hand. "Aye. I'm looking forward to seeing how this ...arrangement works out as well." He had paused for a moment, a little uncertain at which arrangement he himself was referring too.

The Next Morning​

Ice got up from bed and quickly got ready. Today was the day. He had been set to make a big run of spice. How much exactly, he wasn't sure yet. But he was going to try and make a good impression. With his new Bounty Hunter, by his side, he looked even more the part of being the captain to go to if you wanted something transported securely.

Walking back over to his bed, he looked at Saki for a moment and smiled. Leaning over, he smacked her hind end through the blanket. "Rise and shine Saki. Time to get to work."

She jumped and sat up quickly rubbing her eyes"morning already huh "she yawned and stood getting ready for the day" I'm guessing we got the shipment today yes"she asked with a smiled as she clipped her blaster to her belt and turned to him smiling "because I'm ready for some action " she said pumped up for some action "heh maybe I'll decide not to leave " she said with a grin on her face and started for the door
