Kei had no training. He mentioned that bit, right? The moment her own blade come down her raised his own, watching the two collide. He'd heard of the different forms, he just didn't know enough about them to use them. His general idea was to swing and see what happened. Trust in the force and all that, yeah? He pushed Noriko's blade away with his own, raising his blade to defend anymore attacks from his girlfriend. She could have a vicious streak when she wanted, one that almost terrified Kei. He wasn't an attacker, he was happy to sit back and defend, something he planned to do, he planned and would succeed to do.

She was watching him defend and raised an eyebrow at his works when she moved with it. "Defending can only go so far, a jedi can attack when you are at peace and not acting on your emotions." She stayed there rotating the blade to strike again while she moved with her footing to twist and have the blade spinning in one hand with the other using the armor of the silver robes for protection she could wear. Some more of her thoughts about it when her bodies speed increased for the strikes before she backed around striking to get at his feet and either keep him on the defensive or get him to attack as she gave him a wink.

He twisted his blade towards the ground, catching the blade from Noriko, pushing it away again. She was right, he couldn't keep on the defensive. He was oddly focused on the task at hand, an unknown benefit from his lightsaber crystals. He smiled slowly to Noriko, offering her a light wink before stepping forward, swinging his blade towards the side of her, leaving himself open to a rather fatal counter attack, though he hoped Noriko wouldn't kill him. He assumed his girlfriend wouldn't kill him, right? He assumed she'd play nice.

She was watching and paying attention to him with the force energies when she moved to the side a little with her blade moving to defend and block licking up his blade for a moment while she adjusted herself to come in for the counter strike. Djem so allowed for the better counters and solid, sturdy conservation of stamina nd movement. She was moving it to strike at him and deactivated the blade while keeping the other one on before she looked at him and winked using her smaller size and body to moved around and kick with the force at his feet so that she could try to knock him on his butt. "Better but be careful of your surroundings so that you know what people are doing."
