BIOGRAPHY
Jules was born on Dantooine to a family of farmers. Their farm relied heavily on droid workers to till, harvest, burn, and generally keep the crops running and the farm operating. Jules had become friends with many of the droids, and had grown fond of an accustomed to their presence. When he was old enough to start taking up more responsibilities on the farm, he was tending animals when he heard the droids making unusual noises. His mother ran out to the stables and told him to run. To just go and don't look back. So he obeyed his mother and ran for the hills. From there, he could see his family's homestead being burnt down by the droids they relied on so heavily. He was found by scavengers, who used him to get in hard-to-reach places for treasures.
A year passed and the rebellious droids were taken down and their leader was destroyed. Jules could never trust a droid after that childhood trauma, though. Wherever he went, he would make sure droids were not present. He still worked for the scavengers. On their holonet videos, he saw a troubling image of zombies that haunted his nightmares. After that, he went out of contact from the galaxy.
The scavengers sold him on Nar Shaddaa to some Hutt Lord who needed small servants. He worked scraping sludge and cleaning treasures, with no pay and minimal experience. He was exposed early to sex, drugs, smuggling, death, and other vices that surround life with Hutts. Jules' life remained greatly unchanged until his late teens. By that point, he was too large to keep doing small work, so he was thrown into the world of racing. With no training and a 'do or die' attitude, the young human was tasked with being the Hutt's swoop racer at sixteen. He quickly grew hooked to the sport, and the money it brought in. It made him feel free.
Jules built up a stash of credits. He would occasionally swipe more than his cut. Small enough to be a numbers error, but enough to build up in his savings. For four years he tucked away money. When he was about to book passage to run away from the Hutt, something else happened. It was as though he was the only one left in the entire establishment. The Hutt was gone, his guards, servants, everyone was gone. He was stunned, then he saw a literal golden opportunity. He gathered as many treasures as he could and grabbed a modified YT-1300 named after the Hutt, Tekka. He made his great escape and got off Nal Hutta. With a few quick numbers, he shot off to the first place on the list with a living swoop run. A moon called Alakatha, off the K'vath system, was a frequent tourist locale with a very well-polished swoop racer club.
He sold his treasures and kept the ship. He used all of his money to remake himself, prime up his ship, and buy his own swoop. These days he sits in a strange lifestyle of gambling and racing, where his credits float and fly as quickly as his bike.
