His home planet is one you will never know about as Jonah has taken great measures to ensure. His home is the same way, this is the only picture, in a non-descript manner from an unknown location that you will ever see, and he works hard to ensure that. Paranoid? Maybe? Strange and unusual? Probably. This was his way though as he could live his life outside work without the thought of cameras looking down on him.

Silent Knight was started when Tyler retired from military service. Having saved his pay throughout his time he took a chance on a company he bought and the idea took off. The company was restructured into subsidiaries upon the deaths of his wife and daughter. Silent Knight now focuses on tech as the subsidiaries are able to self sustain as well as fund many of the projects already in research & development.

Mr. Tyler is a man of many different personalities. One would think that this isn't the case being a former Imperial Army officer, a former Storm Commando. However, Mr. Tyler, when operating his hospitality division (restaurants/resorts) he is as stoic as he is relentless, always looking for ways to improve perfection. When operating his tech division he is inventive, creative as is outgoing. He is a man obsessed with his tech division and though most of his employees know why none will ask him out of respect. His opponents hate him, often trying to steal employees away, but remarkably his drive breeds loyalty. His success is their success monetarily. Some speak outside the box, some think outside the box, he lives outside the box. Some may see this as anti-social but this isn't the case, it's because he has a goal to reach. When he does, he will change. He promised himself he will change...
While he is not the biggest or most imposing looking individual, his average size allows him to disappear into a crowd, the only thing that may give him away is the beard, which covers a bad scar on his chin.

Born a "military brat", JT learned to live cheap and move on a moment's notice. This is what helped the mogul buy the first of several businesses he would soon combine to form "Silent Knight Inc." He saved his pay, all of it, and when he soon realized he wouldn't get any more pay raises, and his pension payments wouldn't increase, Tyler retired. He didn't have an issue with leaving the military as he didn't really have the loyalty to it that others did, it was a job, a free education. Make no mistake he served with honor, but it wasn't his life. His life was living in a way his parents couldn't provide.
He always wanted to have a tech company but knew that it would be ridiculously expensive and refused to allow himself to be beholden to stockholders or investors. So Tyler kept the tech side of "Silent Knight" to speeder modifications mainly for the first few years. He focused his time and much of his profits on the hospitality side. Business boomed, exploded when he found out that the woman he had been seeing was pregnant his priorities changed. He focused on making those working for him set for life, to give them what he had, a sense of purpose and family, offering profit sharing and higher pay as well as education.
Things were going fine and his hospitality division until the galaxy destroyed his love, his life, and legacy. His wife Lena was diagnosed with a terminal condition. He spared no expense to find specialists who could help her, extend and improve her quality of life until a cure was found, which he would fund. "Government Officials" on the planets he owned businesses on refused the research being done by outside medical officials. Slowly Lena's health sank and Jonah was helpless to do anything but watch. Then the fateful day that Lena and Nuria, their daughter, were killed in a crash that could have been prevented if she was allowed the medication that was considered "banned".
