Most of his early life up to this point had been a blur of running and moving from place to place, without having any real home. His family was his home.HISTORY
When he reached his mid-teens, his family settled in the Kathol outback region. When he was old enough, he joined the army there and began fighting for his home and for the Outback. Fighting for some time, he rose to become a commander in his own right before he was taken prisoner in combat.
Being beaten and bloody, John would be tortured for information about the Outback and anything that the enemy could use against them. He would always look at them with his brown eyes, blood dripping from his face in pure silence. The beatings would only continue to get worse, but he would never give in.
Years passed, and the beatings slowed till they would only come every few weeks or so, his body weak, but he knew that one day he would be saved.
He heard of the fall long before it came; the whispers that reached his ears while he was inside the prison shook him to the core. Everything he had fought for, everything he had endured, was for nothing.
Before long he had given up hope, and the beatings had stopped, he sat there and hoped for the end to come.
As the end grew near he heard the sounds of blasters hitting flesh, he rose to see what the commotion was about, This is where he saw a squad of Galactic Alliance Marines clearing out the prison guards and freeing those that had been there. He was finally free once more, but he didn't know what he would do now. One of the Marines saw the tattoo of the Kathol Outback Marines that John had on his shoulder and showed it to his commanding officer. This is where he would make his new way, always fighting for something more than his own.

APPEARANCE
He was above average in height, being 6'2", and he gazed over his surroundings. The first thing people tended to notice after his height was his light brown eyes that matched his hair. He was physically fit and had scars from years of combat that littered his body. A tattoo of the Kathol Outback Marines was on his right shoulder.
