[Matsu Ike]

Matsu was continuing to work at her desk, the notes and research with the artifacts like the cube glowed while she continued to go over it. Her research showed it was able to work on a scale like a converter breaking down the objects and the force that was held within. Then it could reconstruct into something less in size but making force imbued objects was something few other things could do. Matsu had been trying to study the technology and craftsmanship that went into the ancient jedi cube but there wasn't more to find so taking it apart and possibly breaking it. She was looking over some of the things she had been working on and waiting for the shipment to be brought to the ship with her crew. Bought supplies they could get for testing and the crystals weren't expensive.... just on a certain planet and modified versions of a crystal lens used in saber. Matsu had some plans while she was taking her notes with her.

Description:
Created as a medical crystal given the rarity of finding new lift crystals. Matsu worked with something that was already a template, a crystal made for lightsabers and used to prevent sickness within a species on another planet. The refined and modified kunda stone serving to be modified slowly and at the smallest levels to hold and release charged force energy. Her work on the light gun and channeling the force into the modified solari crystals worked to teach her more as she went to work with the art of the small and force to slowly change it.

The crystal uses what properties it had to prevent humans from turning into a frothy foam on contact with the bioweapon. With some small modifications the ability of a kunda stone to have energy passed through it was expanded, to hold the energy instead of it just passing through. With its ability to hold the charged energy it would slowly release it over a coarse of time. The healing energies given by a jedi when they use the force to heal is the most notable and easy to store within the crystal.

Slowly it will bleed out the energy applying the healing effect over an area over time or directed with focusing crystals used in the force gun. The third largest part of the crystals reconstruction was to work and make sure it was slowly able to be used while a body was suspended within an entrophy field for one of the cubes she had been working on. Matsu finished off the crystal giving it a cleansed aura of warmth when nearby to soothe someone. She set the crystal as a focus point she and other healers could infuse with energy to heal in an area.

[Matsu Ike]

She arrived in the hanger bay of the ship, watching the sight of the ship arriving while the star fighters were organizing around. She had to admit with a smirk on her face that she couldn't wipe away when the defender class arrived with the siren's and Harmony waving from the cockpit. She knew she could trust them and as they headed out of the ship down the ramp with a case between the two soldiers. Matsu was moving forward and opening it when they put the case on a cart so she could push it and look through it while they were heading up with her notes to the observation room as the massive area was perfect to set up. She set the case with the crystals in the far side of the circle she was sitting in. Her notes in front of her and a small table to work on. The small case she brought out held a glowing white stone as Matsu waved the others away so she could work and delved into the eye of the sun. Connecting with it and the heavy jolt of force energy it gave her with the sigil around her neck.

She was letting her body relax and her mind focus, the energies of the stone were coming into her as she channeled it. The crystal there before her while she brought it into her hands and sat there, long hair strewn around her while she was focusing on it. The smooth surface and texture, the coolness in her hand before she was looking deeper into the crystal. Deeper down through to the center of it and the core of the crystal she could see and then slowly she went deeper until the smallest fault lines gave way to it own compressed edges. Her mind making sense of it the best way she could that it was more and more lines with herself able to touch them. Slowly her breathing steadied as she came down to the smallest she could and felt the sensation of the force washing over her. "Time to go to work."

Matsu started at the crystal, from the lowest and most basic level letting herself work on the force energy and properties of the crystals. She focused on it slowly working to pour energy to alter it and aided with her connection to the eye of the sun. It was pushing more energy to flood and soak into the crystal. She knew how to modify the crystals to hold energy and release it through focused shots, the work on her force light crystals and charging them with force energy had taught her that. Now she needed to augment more of it, she was working to make it hold the charge into every section and pore of it while she was infusing the energy into the crystal. With her eyes focused intently on it the smooth blue crystal was glowing brightly from the observation deck.

Matsu backed away, the sound of her heart pounding in her chest came to her and she was heaving her chest to get gulps of air greedily. Slowly she leaned back where she was sitting and looked at the crystal as it sat there glowing a bright blue. Slowly her attention came to the roof as it was spinning and she was panting until she rose. Water being brought to her while she touched the crystal feeling the energy as it glowed with an inner light. She touched it and held it in her hand drinking the water and contemplating while she was looking through her notes on what phase two of the crystals modifications would be. She needed to be careful and was making the notes about her work on it in the journal to add to the creation process. "Phase two will involve making it so the crystal can release the energy slowly to radiate outwards like a ripple."

She was looking at it now, the crystal could take in the energy, it could slowly absorb and hold what she was pushing into it. Slowly Matsu was working into the crystal again the familiarity of it now making it easier to find her way down into the crystal and down into the fault lines until she was slowly finding herself back into that focus. Laser like concentration to the focus while she could feel the energy residing and pulsing like a floodgate within the crystal. Her force energies tinkering with it, slowly peeling back the layers of the membrane she was imagining until it was thin enough to hold the energy within it but slowly through small pores leak it out. She was slowly working on it until it came, that moment and she could feel the small trickle of the energy releasing while she slowly was working on the rest of the crystal.

Matsu didn't know how long she had been at it, working on the crystal she focused on the force energy going through her body to sustain her while she was pulling her energy away. Slowly retreating out as the energy she used to work on it lingered seeping out through the membrane with a grin on her face. She laid back again though wiping at the beads of sweat from her brow while she was getting some more water and feeling the trickle of energy radiating from the crystal. Matsu felt the coolness of the floor as she pushed herself up to sit there. Harmony was close by as the replica droid brought her some food and more water. "Master you should be careful twelve hours have passed since you began your phase two." Matsu hadn't thought it had been that long while she was nodding her head and taking it easier for a moment.

Matsu blew out a breath as slowly she started to recover and prepare herself, the force energies offset and aided by the welcomed taste of some tea and bread. She also made a point to go to the private galley for herself and the ones she invited with her to grab some of the food they had been working on. Eating and keeping up her strength while she was devouring the foods with a smile on her face. The taste was welcomed when she looked out the viewport seeing the starlines of hyperpsace, she dipped the bread in the juice produced from cutting into the meat and was recording her information on the results and techniques within phase two of the crystal project. She finished the food and was making notes on how to prepare for the third stage of working on the crystal.

Phase three was easier and less of a strain mostly because it involved less work as before for the moment. Matsu moved going towards one of the caskets they had and that she could sleep in for the room. The time created on it great for getting a good nights rest while also suspending her within the entrophy field for her own health. Now slowly she was letting the glow from her hands grip the crystal before she turned the device on for its eight hour cycle. Slowly as the crystal shone a bright hot blue she moved a hand to her end table grabbing a small knife as she slid it across her palm. The sting of it slicing her while she set the crystal and could feel the energy already on her palm coating it in a warm sensation while she got it suspended above her and she laid back with the cycle slowly beginning. Her body going into a hibernation trace when she felt the field.

The feeling and sensation of the world returned to her, the chrono was going off and Matsu slowly opened her eyes. The trace coming off while she looked up at the roof of her quarters, maps and charts showing but the dulled blue of the crystal as it was slowly swirling in front of her. A look over her face though while she was laying in the bed with a small smile on her face. Matsu stretched letting her bones pop until she was sitting up checking her palm. The fresh cut was barely a scratch as a thin line ran there you could barely see on the edge of scarring. Matsu grabbed her book and was making more notes about the testing of phase three before she rose up and took the crystal. Making more like this would be time consuming and more then that she would have to teach people how to fill the sponge crystal then use it properly.
