Jezebel Transport

Gray had made a deal with his adopted sister and clanswoman [member="Lady Kay"] to open up an embassy for the Raxian Empire on Commenor. He had already gotten some of the ships for protection over there, and was prepping the others for it as well. He just needed to get the people who would be working the embassy over there and figured it wouldn't hurt to hire someone to transport the people and goods there through a third party. It would be good for everyone and get everyone's name out there. A win win was always the best you could ask for after all.

So Gray had hired a chiss woman named [member="Jezebel Marcos"] that worked in the transportation business. He had informed her she would need to come to Doldur and head to the docks at the capital city. He had the people already gathered up that needed to leave as well as the crates that contained all of their supplies and personal goods. He just sat there waiting at the hangar she would be directed towards when she arrived. Hangar number three.

Staring at the controls Jezebel saw she had reached her destination, she looked up and there was, a not so beautiful planet in her opinion, the planet Doldur. She prepared for landing and breached the planet's atmosphere, landing safely she looked out and was ready to go out. Her First Order supporter badge was safely fastened onto her Mandalorian-like armour, she brought along a small pistol in case the situation needed it and stepped outside of her ship.

She slowly made her way towards the destination, looking around at the area. When she arrived she waited to be approached, starting conversations wasn't really her sort of thing. While she waited she wondered why she had spent so much money on fixing up the interior of her ship when she wasn't planning on having any crew members inside.

Gray was given word that the transport had arrived on planet by one of the dock officials. It seemed since they had freed the planet, he had somehow turned into their replacement for the old tyrant. He kept giving them chances to form a government that worked for them, but they just seemed to enjoy the ideals behind the Mandalorian clan government. The odd freedom that was working towards the prosperity of family and clan. It was the basic reasons why most worked when you got down to it, and these people who could barely support their families before clung to a new system where they were all not only helping themselves but each other. It sounded a little odd, but it worked out somehow for now. And his guest was about to land right in the middle of this fledgling government.

Gray walked up to the ship and waited for the pilot to leave her ship. When she got out of her ship, he began to watch her to get a read on her. She was standoffish by her ship as she didn't engage anyone. That was not bad, but it meant he would likely need to take more of a lead. He smiled and walked over to her. He said as he came up to her, " Welcome to Doldur, capital of the Raxian Empire Ms. Marcos. Glad to see you got here safely." His smile shifted into an impish grin as he added, " And don't worry. I won't bite, so no reason to be feeling so blue." He chuckled afterwards and then held a hand out for her to shake. Hopefully that broke some of the ice.

Shaking his hand Jezebel forced a smile at the blue comment, surely this man wasn't going to keep up with that, she stood on the spot for a moment trying to think of how to greet him but ended up just giving a small stare in reply. This was embarrassing, Jezebel always had trouble around people but this was taking it a little far for her standards. After a minute or two of awkward silence she finally replied.

"So... Uhm" She briefly paused. "Uhm... My name is Jezebel... It's. Nice to.. meet you." She could tell that she was making a bad first impression on him, it was just something about him that made her nervous. Something she just couldn't explain. Nevertheless she could tell that proper business was about to unfold and maybe she would be able to leave this planet without it ending in complete embarrassment.

Gray just kept on smiling at [member="Jezebel Marcos"] as she was very nervous in her response to him. He found that a little amusing, but sent her soothing waves of force energy in an attempt to calm her down. When she had finished speaking he said, " Same to you, and sorry about the terrible pun. You can ask the people we are moving. I make them from time to time. Feel free to ignore me or cringe obviously when I do. What everyone else does." He chuckled a bit then added, " Anyways. How about we go over the details of what we are transporting while the workers load the crates? Sound good to you?"

Gray motioned the dock workers to begin loading then turned his attention back to the young chiss woman before him. He just remained smiling to her as he waited for her response. This should be good for the both of them, but she was nervous and he wasn't sure why. That could be a sign of many things. She could be a hidden agent looking to hinder their operations. She could be an assassin out to kill Gray. She could be an outlaw and was having to head through territory she was wanted in. Or more than likely, she was just a young woman who was new to her job. He figured it was the last option, but he would have to keep an eye on her just in case.

There was still something about [member="Gray Raxis"] that made Jezebel feel nervous. She couldn't pinpoint it and it was not making her annoyed as well, she had to try and stay calm so she didn't freak out whilst making a deal.

"It's fine... Uhm my dad... used to do it as well..." She lied because she felt that she was being rude " And I'm fully open to discussion about the cargo, what do you want to start with then?" She said this without nerves and sounded professional, apparently when talking about her making money she seemed to calm down a bit.

Gray could feel that the young chiss woman was still very nervous. He wasn't entirely sure why that was, but he would just have to work with it or around it for now. He did notice a small feeling of deceit when she spoke about her father doing it, but disregarded it. Plenty of people lied like that when it came to getting started with a new business. He had met plenty in his mercenary days and knew all too well how people seemed to not want to give new comers a chance. That was not him though, so she was fine so long as she did her job well.

Gray waited for her to finish speaking then said, " The crates contain a little bit of everything. Part of it is personal belongings, such as clothing, datapads, and sundries. Part of the crates contain items like sheets, pillows, and blankets. Part even contain goods like alcohol, medical supplies, and food stocks. But mostly the crates contain items not so easy to get on Commenor. This includes documents, information, and security items. Guns, armor, explosives. You know, the stuff the guards will be using."

Gray had paused as one of the dockworkers hailed him making a strange hand signal and pointed to a crate with different markings on it than the others. He signals back in a strange fashion and the worker nodded. As he turned his attention back to the Chiss woman the dockworker separated the crate from the rest and disappeared with it into a different hangar bay. Gray went on, " The twelve people you will be transporting are the none security personal that will be working the embassy on Commenor. Our representative is already there, so they won't be included with this crowd. I will also be joining along so you can get past our fleet stationed on the planet immediately. Also so I can direct our escort pilots. Any questions so far?" He just kept smiling to her as he waited.
