Jeri had long features that have somewhat softened over the years. She has short blonde hair and is found most of the time in plain white or beige clothing often with a lab coat.
BIOGRAPHY:
Jericho is the only child of the Duke and Duchess of Vadaeva on Tellyr Prime. The Duke and Duchess were older when they finally conceived Jericho and though initially Jericho was genetically female the Duke wanted a male heir and had the fetus manipulated so that would be the case. So the child was born Jericho, the first of his name, heir to the Duchy of Vadaeva.
It did not take long for most around young Jericho to realize that while his genes may have been changed to that of a boy, his soul was very much a feminine soul. Despite this obvious case, the Duke and Duchess continued to force Jericho into the role of their male heir. Jericho’s mother died when she was only ten and her father only two years later. Due to Jericho’s agea steward was set up to run the Duchy until Jericho could take over.
Jericho had no interest in taking over as Duke of Vadaeva. Jericho was instead fascinated by science, specifically genetics. No one had ever told Jericho what her parents decided to do to her before she was born, however she did become intrigued by why she felt like a she and not a he and dove into genetics as the reason. It was discovered that Jericho had quite the mind for science and that became her life.
In her mid teens Jericho chose to be known as Jeri and started doing gene therapies to make her appearance more feminine. Though she couldn’t bring herself to physically alter her body. She started university early at sixteen and by the time she was eighteen had graduated with a degree in genetics. She went on to earn her medical doctorate. When that was complete the steward of the Duchy of Vadaeva requested that she take her place at the head of her family’s legacy. Jeri declined and “sold” the Duchy to her steward.
With the proceeds of her political transaction and her portion of the family estate not tied to the Duchy itself Jeri made her way out into the galaxy and teamed with the Rimward Trade League to form Project Self, a mobile hospital and research center helping anyone in need.
