Intent: To flesh out the Jensaarai lore of the site should other people wish to write a Jensaarai character, as well as to give the Jensaarai a concrete, IC home for their order

Classification: Underground temple

Location: The enclave is built inside and beneath a hillside on Susefvi approximately 150 kilometers from the city of Yumfla, just barely withn sight of the sea. It can accessed easily enough by speeder if one knows where to find it. Its main entrance is hidden within a recess in the hillside surrounded by fallen boulders deposited there some millennia past by some natural force or another. The door is made to look exactly like the surrounding hillside, and faces inland from the sea to prevent too much visibility. The hill itself is just a basic hill, with broken rock scattered across it, and coniferous trees dotting the top. It is noticeable for quite a distance, but doesn't stand out. It blends in with the surrounding landscape, hiding in plain sight.

Affiliation: The Jensaarai

Description:
The main entrance is made of titanium and has a set of three locks to open. The first is a hidden latch inside a bulge in the hillside. The second is a lock with neither key nor code that must be opened using the Force, necessitating that less experienced members must always be accompanied by an older apprentice or defender to get in and out. The third is opened from the inside by two Defenders who stand watch, and screen individuals through a series of security cameras.

Once inside, the enclave is a series of well-built and well-lit corridors with chambers built off to the sides. There are nine levels, with the lowest being the burial chamber where the Jensaarai who became one with the Force through any way were interred in their armor, if they had any, in stone cairns. This is the only level not lit by modern technology, and visitors must choose a glow-rod from a shelf by the entrance to the lifts. It also holds a statue of a Defender with head bowed in grief, a memorial to all who were lost to the Gulag plague.

The top level is all residential to benefit from the closeness to the surface for best ventilation and hidden views of the outside world that brought in natural light. It is composed of both dormitories and personal chambers. The dormitories are for the apprentices that have not yet been taken as a student by a Defender. These hold about fifty individuals altogether, although they're rarely full, given the small size of the Jensaarai Order. They're organized by age group and are supervised by one of the trainers. Veino Garn, Jeela Tillian, and Roth Tillian all shared a dormitory for a time before going their separate ways. The personal chambers are for Defenders, and so are sparse but comfortable, and all the same except for small touches added by individual Defenders. The Council members have slightly larger and more comfortable suites with a sleeping chamber, kitchen, and sitting room, all helping them in their role as sort of a parental figure to the Order as a whole. The Saraai-Kar's chamber, currently occupied by Lareena Thornn, is very similar to the Council member's suites, except it includes a hidden vault in which all of the artifacts and texts deemed to dangerous for the library are hidden away, kept secret from all but the Saarai-Kar.

The other levels are for training, recreation, study, equipment repair, and strategic command for the Jensaarai in their vigil over Susefvi and the surrounding system. It includes communications, sensors, and computers to handle logistics. All carved from rock and reinforced with duracrete.

The Council Hall is located on the third level, and the Chamber of Reflection can be accessed through an off-shoot corridor from this level.

Council Hall:
This is the meeting hall of the Jensaarai Council. It is a half-circule room, with chairs for the twelve members of the Council and one for the Saarai-kar, so thirteen total arranged in a half-circle. The floor is an abstract mosaic of twisting tendrils of light and dark circling a green circle in the center before merging into a gray that goes around the circle, representing the struggle between light and dark and the eventual blending of the two within the Jensaarai and their ancient watch over their adopted home.

The two doors are ancient and carved before the Gulag plague from a single massive tree, engraved with more abstract designs and spirals, but if one looks close enough, one can see ancient Sith letters worked in amongst the vines. One who can read them would see that unlike what the letters are often used for, these spell out hospitable greetings and fond farewells for those who come in and out of the chamber.

Chamber of Reflection:
Arguably the most sacred location for the Jensaarai, the Chamber of Reflection is a carve that was enlarged and supplied with eternal torches. It is here that every Apprentice spends the night before their trials in contemplation, meditation, or sleep, if they desire. It is set off from the main complex by a tunnel that ends in another carved door guarded by two Defenders. At the center of the chamber is a small underground lake of an unknown depth that is remarkable for its stillness. The water never moves and is always flat, and those who look into its depths can easily find themselves entranced and lost in its mysteries, fed by the flicker of the torchlight. Four small streams flow into the chamber from where they had carved themselves from the surrounding rock and burble into the pool. Where the water drains, if there is such a place, is unknown to the Jensaarai, for the water level never rises and all the diving expeditions were forced to return before finding anything.

Workshop: A small room dedicated to the construction, maintenance, and design of Jensaarai weapons and tools, the room changes appearance with every Head Weaponsmith. Currently under Defender Kirn, the room is organized chaos, with tools, parts, and unfinished projects scattered around. Only the floor is clear enough to give access to him in his hover-chair. Tables line the room, and tools hang on racks in the walls. Durasteel cabinets stand the length of one wall, and holoscreens another, usually full of diagrams and calculations.

History: During the era of the New Republic prior to the Gulag plague, the New Republic, Jedi Order, and Jensaarai formed a partnership to upgrade and enlarge the ancient Jensaarai complex that had been in existence from the beginning. With the devastation of the Yuzhon Vong war, they decided to hide it away, constructing it beneath a hillside, and layering it with multiple security measures. Should another event of such devastation occur, the Jedi would have a safe haven they could disappear to among allies, and the Republic could place valuable individuals who were targeted by powerful opposition could come to remain hidden and protected.

It was rarely used for that purpose, and the Jensaarai were slowly forgotten once more. Then the Gulag plague swept across the galaxy, striking down many. Susefvi was hit as well, and then Jensaarai did what they could. Their healers worked night and day to the best of their ability, and the rest prevented riots and chaos. Others went out and brought back supplies. The enclave became a hospital, as the Jensaarai tried to keep the sickness from infecting any more of the population. it did little good though, and both Susefvi and the Jensaarai dwindled despite their best efforts. Eventually the plague ran its course, leaving the remaining few Jensaarai to rebuild within their ancient halls, starting with the memorial statue in the lowest level. They closed down many wings and areas of the building, sealing them behind durasteel doors. As they rebuilt their order, they unsealed these areas, making the building grow to fit their growth until the present day, when nearly all of the sealed wings and areas have been unsealed to house the small, but healthy order of the Jensaarai. A few forgotten wings continue to molder behind hidden doors, their secrets still lost to the mists of time.

Dev threads work for one item at a time, right? Or can they do more? I have a thread ongoing where he's taking his Defender trails and building his Jensaarai armor, all inside this place, which is where I drew this information from.

If you'd want them to be separate, I can do that as well.

All right, will do! I've already described the burial levels, council chamber, and chamber of reflection in there, I'll be add in some information on the history and construction, and then add any new places I come up with in here,
