Jen'ari Planas Inc. Was created in 234 ABY when he was placed in charge of the Jen'ari Empire and was instructed to create a massive Sith Armada. Vyrassu started the company or small creating Sith Starfighters with just 17 hired hands. After 2 years Vyrassu grew the company into a much larger scale company creating War ships for fleets, battle cruisers and dreadnoughts with a staff of over 10,000 employees. Vyrassu was privately contracted out by Darth Marell who at the time controlled the Jen'ari Empire to build an Imperial fleet bigger than the one he had created upon forming the company. After Vyrassu's takeover of the Jen'ari Empire the Jen'ari Empire and Jen'ari Planas Inc. continued to have a business contract to keep building ships and starfighters for the Jen'ari Empire. Just recently Darth Vyrassu transferred ownership to Brain Dash, a man who has had family work for the company for the past 600 years. Jen'ari Planas Inc. refuses to do business with The Galactic Republic or the Jedi Order. They only deal in private contracting for Darkside aligned factions, but at times they might take a small contract from a well paying bounty Hunter or mandalorian but the contracts and business deals would always remain private.
