I'm coming back after a very long leave and I want to get going with this character again--What light-side/neutral factions might be looking for new blood? I am just trying to get organized because I'm not sure what the nature of the galaxy is here on Chaos anymore haha

Neutral: Je'daii, ORC (if you want to be a Judge), probably a bunch of others I don't remember.
Light-side: The Jedi Praxeum, The Silver Jedi Order, I dunno if the NJO are surviving the fall of the GA or just merging into the Praxeum or what though.

[member="Cotan Sar'andor"] - ORC has a lot more than Judges, just as an aside. They are just the more popular is all. Big guns and shiny badges and the like! Members and their orders come and go. There is an evacuation of the GA refugees to ORC space, but whether the NJO stays or fractures is up to them.

There's also the Green Jedi, within the Corellian Confederation (though it's a very casual thing).

My best suggestion given your bio is The Jedi Praxeum. Get your Jedi goin, help people, and maybe branch out!

I'll put in a good word for the Silver Jedi. We're a large and active group of Jedi. You can always find something going on, some training, some adventures and some really cool stories. If you want to explore and help people we have people who enjoy doing that, if you're looking more towards fighting the sith and protecting the galaxy we have plenty of people who enjoy that too.
