STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
Ace Pilot: A mix of good training and natural gifts. Able to expertly fly any craft in the TIE Series of starfighters and more. Aiding him in his lethality behind the controls of his craft is what he considered a sixth sense that helped him navigate his crafts through hornets nests of lethal dogfights and blaster cannon fire where one wrong move can spell doom.
Cocky: Thanks to his rather prestigious background as well as his gifts as an esteemed pilot. It’s not difficult for Jed to over extend himself where he otherwise shouldn’t because of his hot headed nature.
Inferiority Complex: Ontop of and in no small part to his cocky demeanor Jed also possesses something of an inferiority complex from his family background. Overwhelmed by their history on his shoulders and making him feel small in comparison and that he truly needs to prove himself capable.
Spoiled: Mostly from his background and upbringing Jed is a fairly spoiled man. Often benign obnoxiously so which can come into conflict quite frequently in the dispassionate and disciplined culture and structure of the New Imperial Order
APPEARANCE:
Jedediah is a rather standard human male in the looks department when it comes to his appearance outside of his imperial TIE pilot uniform when on duty. Other than that he typically can be seen with an annoying chit eating grin made worse by his near constant earring of large dark aviator shades over his eyes.
BIOGRAPHY:
Jedediah, or more often called Jed for short, was born to the Spade family in the core world. Something of a wealthy and near aristocratic family of merchants and tradesmen that have made a name for themselves in social circles. He grew up almost never being told no and often getting what he wanted without working for it.
Jed eventually became ashamed of himself and recognized his wasted potential as part of the Spade family. Also being the youngest in his close family he lived in the shadow of greater men and women like his siblings. This developed into a toxic inferiority complex. Almost on a whim he decided he would make a name for himself in the imperial navy, in their starfighter corp.
It was something of a shock to his family, they were proud of him for doing something more meaningful but saw through it as a way to prove himself to them and to himself. Despite his behavioral issues when in training to become a pilot, the influence his name got him as well as his new talent aided by the force when it came to flying quickly made him a valued member of the greater Imperial Starfighter Corp. Now he fights in the front lines, be it in the sky or in space in a TIE Bomber, able to provide heavy hitting damage to ships and ground targets in a relatively slow but maneuverable and small package. Gaining the nickname The Ace of Spades...
