Utinni! - Be it because they are so heavily modified by Jawas or just their construction in general; the Jawa Command Crawler appears to be only useable by Jawas - as in the hands of Non-Jawas, these vehicles seem to be more finicky, prone to breaking down much more readily, or otherwise refusing to operate entirely.
Modularity - The true strength of the Jawa Command Crawler is how easily - or at least in the hands of the Jawas - they are to be modified. Additional parts are often added or taken away at the whims of their creators and crafters. Weapons systems swapped in and out depending on the needs of the Crawler and the Jawas held within. While one Jawa Crawler may lumber across the battlefield utilizing the ball turrets from an old MTT, another might let loose a blast from an AAT turret, and yet another still may unleash a salvo from the Deck Guns of a CIS warship.
Jawa War-Crawler Repair Bay - The sheer size of the Jawa Command Crawler is due in part to the repair bays located at the rear of the vehicle. These repair bays are capable of taking in a Jawa War-Crawler for repairs if it is otherwise incapable of returning to a forward operating base, or other such repair facilities. These bays can also be utilized to break down other vehicles or vessels found in the sands or salvage a Jawa-War Crawler that is too damaged to be repaired.

Utinni! - Even in the adept hands of the Jawas, their Command Crawlers are still finicky in many aspects - and in many cases are prone to ceasing operating properly if not properly maintained by the skilled hands of Jawas; or even refusing to operate just because the wind shifted in its general direction.
Slow - The Command Crawler is by no means an HAV A6 Juggernaut - and much as they do on the far-flung worlds that Jawas find themselves residing upon; the Command Crawlers slowly amble about the battlefield.
Broadside of a Barn - The Jawa Command Crawler is a massive behemoth of a vehicle; easily targeted and easily hit.
Limited - The construction of a Jawa Command Crawler is a great undertaking for any Jawa Clan and requires a vast amount of scrap, capital, and manpower to complete. This makes the sight of a Jawa Command Crawler very much rare; with only a small handful of them known to exist and all of them so far are in the hands of the Mecharius.

UTINNI!
Among the Jawas are whispered of great behemoth vehicles much larger than any known Jawa War-Crawler. These vehicles are often seen before they even crest the rise of a hill; their armament on their upper deck already brought to bear against those that would harm Jawa-Kind. Rather than a front ramp that comes crashing down; two great doors open outwards to reveal the horde of Jawas and their Droids; a mighty howl of UTINNI! filling the air as they March forth for the salvage that their enemy holds. These are the Jawa Command-Crawlers; rarer than the smaller War-Crawlers, though just as fearsome in appearance and as unique in their function and capabilities as anything a Jawa touches - this is just an example of one such vehicle.
Like all things built, salvaged or otherwise touched by the Jawas - these vehicles are highly modifiable - even if they were originally meant to be so in the first place by those that conceived of their designs. The most common of the Jawa Command Crawlers are heavily armored and carry armaments on par with those seen on the Jawa War-Crawler; though there are a few that are armed with Quad Turbolasers or Deck Guns taken off of ancient Separatist Warships. Their strength comes from this modularity; often even going so far as to prevent any non-Jawa from properly operating the vehicle, least it breaks down in their hands. Still; the vehicles at times seem to even malfunction in the hands of the Jawas, prone to fits of malfunctioning or refusal to properly work.
One of its greatest strengths, however, is its capability to repair Jawa War-Crawlers. Due to its massive size, at some point during its construction - or perhaps after knowing the Jawas - the Command-Crawlers are outfitted with a pair of large repair bars located at the rear of the vehicle. These repair bays are capable of taking in Jawa War-Crawlers and providing basic repairs and limited extensive repairs, should the War-Crawler be incapable of making it back to a forward operating base or other such repair facilities. Often times these Repair Bays are utilized to break down larger vehicles found in the sands and wastes that they traverse; or to break down those Jawa War-Crawlers that are too damaged to be repaired.
Just as the War-Crawler; the Jawa Command-Crawler's behemoth size makes for a perfect target - coupled with their slow movement - the Command-Crawler is an easy target for many and is very difficult to miss when fired upon. However, this doesn't discourage those Jawa's that control these vehicles; the promise of salvage and scrap from a destroyed enemy force driving many Jawas to join the operation of such a vehicle. To this date though; it would appear that the only known Jawa Command-Crawlers are those constructed by the Jawas of the Mecharius, the Jawa only military unit fielded by the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
