PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Jast'tar is a lean, sharp-featured Twi'lek with a dangerous kind of presence. His lekku show signs of a hard life with minor scarring, burns and wear from years spent in conflict zones, back-alley fights and war-torn streets. His posture is restless and alert, like he's always seconds away from drawing a blaster or acting on instinct.
He favors dark, fitted clothing layered with utility such as reinforced jackets, belts, holsters and gear he's modified himself. There's usually a faint scent of machine oil, smoke and expensive liquor about him. His movements are quick, efficient and confident, backed by the kind of reflexes that come from surviving too many close calls.

HISTORY
Jast'tar was not born into power, he was owned.
Sold into slavery early in life, he learned quickly what it meant to survive under someone else's control. That experience shaped him more than anything that came after. He became observant, patient when necessary, and violently decisive when opportunity presented itself.
That opportunity came when he killed his owner.
It was not a grand rebellion or a carefully planned uprising. It was a moment - fast, brutal and final. One decision, made without hesitation, that ended one life and gave him his own back.
Freedom did not bring stability. It brought choices, and Jast'tar leaned into the ones that gave him power. His Force sensitivity drew attention, eventually pulling him toward Sith influence. He trained, learned to wield the Force, and claimed a lightsaber, but the structure and ideology never fit him. The Sith demanded control, hierarchy, and submission to a philosophy. Jast'tar had already lived under ownership once. He walked away before becoming bound to it again.
He eventually made his way to Tatooine, where the chaos of the world suited him. There, he found the Twin Suns and joined their ranks. Between his combat skill, his instincts and his willingness to act without hesitation, he rose quickly within their structure.
Now known in many circles as Jast or "Swift," he is a man defined by one thing above all else: he will never be owned again. He lives fast, fights hard and takes what he can hold onto, carving out his place in the galaxy one decisive move at a time.
Jast'tar now serves as a Lieutenant within the Twin Suns, holding the title of Blackhand. The name is not ceremonial, it is earned. In Twin Suns circles, the Blackhand is the one sent when a message needs to be delivered without words. Enforcement, collection, elimination or whatever the situation demands, Jast'tar is trusted to handle it quickly and decisively.
He carries the role with the same instinct that defines him: fast, efficient and without hesitation. Among the Twin Suns, his rise has been just as swift as his reputation suggests, and his position is secured not by loyalty alone, but by the simple fact that he gets results.
