The magnacuffs were heavy around his wrists and ankles, the thick bands nearly tight enough to cut off his circulation - nearly, but not quite. His arms outstretched, his feet together, he hung limply in the grasp of the containment field, the blue striations of the field playing across his cuffs in the dim lighting. Beyond the glowing orbs of the containment field, a ringed force field emanated from the ground and ceiling, a high-voltage force cage to add yet another layer of containment. The coup de grace was of course the giant turadium vault, ten meters by ten meters with one meter thick walls, that contained these cages - and the meter thick blast door that sealed the entrance.

"It's a little bit of overkill, yeah?" Shin muttered under his breath, his voice echoing off the metal walls. Annoyingly, he spun in place, the containment field happy to spin him like some rotating store display. "What, afraid I'll use some of your toys!? EH!? Afraid I'll get angry!?" Shin struggled against the cuffs, the field no more movable than cement, the action futile - in response the containment field shocked him, the actinic blue electricity coursing across his body. By the time it stopped, visible smoke rose in wisps, and Shin sagged against his restraints as stars danced across his vision. "Cowards! COWARDS! Come and face me!"
The field shocked him once more, this time sending a stronger current through Shin - an arcing white current that left visible burns around his ankles and wrists, promptly shocking him into unconsciousness. Normally reserved for only the most violent prisoners, the shocks would do no lasting harm. Even now, the burns slowly went from red and blistered to smooth and unblemished, the Firrerreo's unique physiology healing the wounds as if they had never been there.
Outside the cell, the uniformed riot guards looked at each other, the Firrerreo's shouts being able to be heard even through the blast door.
"He's...uh...pretty worked up." Said the guard on the left, gripping his electrostaff a little more tightly.
"Ignore him." Insisted his companion on the right.
"...What's he in for?" Continued the guard on the left, turning to make sure the status lights for the cell were all in the green.
"Says he's wrongly accused, but then he went and killed a bunch of guards at his old prison. Now he's here for biomedical research. Giving back to society and shazz." His companion responded.
"Bio...medical?" The unease in the left guard's voice was clear, and yet again his companion turned to look at him yet again.
"They test cybernetics on him; his physiology lets him heal from nearly anything, stave off infection, rejection, and more."
"Doesn't that make him...really dangerous?" The guard on the left asked, sparing another uneasy glance to the display panel to double-check the locks.
"Yes. Yes it does. That's why he's in there - and why we're out here."
"Oh. Oh...that's...good..." The guard on the left replied meekly.
Silently, an RC-AD droid drifted by, the guards straightening slightly as it passed down the sterile hallway. Dimly, behind the blast door, the prisoner laughed and cackled as he was shocked again. Inwardly, the guard on the left winced. Why had he taken this job? They had styled it as a promotion, but this was more like...
"Ah, geez, I gotta bad feeling about this."

The approach through the asteroid belt was tight, but Valery guided her X-wing safely until the colony came into view. The transponder codes she had been provided were already cycling through, and the heavy doors of the docking bay opened slowly to receive her. She powered down the engines once she was inside, the hiss of the canopy releasing as she readied herself to depart from her ship.

Sliding out of the cockpit, she adjusted her belt and allowed her eyes to scan the hangar. It was utilitarian in design and lined with security personnel who kept their attention fixed on her. The presence of a Jedi here was unusual, and that much was clear in the way they shifted slightly when she walked past.

She had not come to visit any prisoners. At least, not yet. Her focus was on the prison itself, and whether it could handle the kind of transfers her cell was expecting in the near future. If their efforts continued, there would be more captures, and the Rebels needed a place that could hold dangerous prisoners without constant risk of escape or collateral damage.

"Master Noble," a guard greeted, "We received your signal. The Warden is ready to walk you through the facility."

Valery inclined her head. "Good. Let's not waste time. If we're to bring in more, I need to know exactly what your limits are."

As she followed the escort deeper inside, the faint echo of laughter and shouting carried through the thick walls. Her eyes narrowed slightly at the sound, but she didn't comment on it yet. She would evaluate the conditions first, and then decide whether this place was as secure as they claimed.

Warden Kell Yarn
The guards escorted the Jedi through the halls, the hallways apparently deliberately labyrinthian to confuse any escape attempts. Eventually, they came to a long straightway - the hall occupied by a burly Devaronian that was flanked on either side by two RC-AD droids.
"Master Jedi! Welcome to our little corner of the galaxy." Said the Devaronian as they drew nearer. With a large smile that didn't quite meet the eyes, he gestured widely with his hands. "We've the best prison on the outer rim! I'm glad you've chosen to tour our humble little facility." Turning, he gestured for her to follow, and he slowly walked to the end of the straightway. "Admittedly we were surprised when your, ehm, 'organization' reached out to us. But here on the rim we have no allegiances. Your money is good as anyone else's." They came to the end of the hall, and the warden input a conspicuously long code into a panel, a pair of massive blast doors slowly sliding open in response.
The cackling laughing and the distinct sound of electric shocks grew louder, and the warden cleared his throat in response. "Excuse me one second." Turning away, he spoke into a comlink in his sleeve, muttering briefly about "shutting that frelling idiot up" before turning back to the Jedi apologetically. "We have some...exuberant...prisoners here. But, rest assured, we have some of the best security available." The warden gestured down the hallway, at the rows and rows of vault doors. "Turadium holding vaults with primary containment fields and a secondary force cage. It can hold even a force user - so long as you bring them to us sedated. With a generous donation we can upgrade to universal energy cages - for absolute assurances of maximum containment."
As they passed a certain vault, the laughing grew louder, and the warden looked visibly irritated. Turning to the pair of guards that were stationed at that particular cell door, he snapped at them angrily. "I thought I told you to shut him up?"
The guards snapped to attention, their electrostaves clanging on the floor in a salute, the guard on the right responding. "Sir! We turned up the voltage, but it didn't do the trick. He said, I quote; 'turn it up higher skeg suckers, I'm not quite there yet.' before he lost consciousness again. Every time we shock him he just wakes up a few minutes later."
"Disgusting." Muttered the warden under his breath. "We'll switch to a neural disruptor collar during the next maintenance cycle." Turning to the Jedi, the warden gestured down the hall. "If you come this way, I can show you one of our exotic containment units for non-humanoids."
