Of average height and slender build, Jadwiga is a female Vahla with the only notable feature about her being her scarred face. She keeps her black hair long and straight. Her uniforms are kept immaculate, with no ornamentation out of place nor any service ribbons or medals omitted.
BIOGRAPHY:
Born on Corulag, Jadwiga and her parents were known oddities among the populace that called the planet home. They had come from the largely nomadic Vahla people that spent very little time in one place on the everlong search for their lost homeworld. Known for their wandering ways, they were treated more as a curiosity than neighbors, and had few if any close friends among the people living in Curamelle.
Jadwiga attended standard public education, and while she succeeded in passing all of her courses she did not stand out in any remarkable way. Competent enough, she was admitted to the Corulag Military Academy where she grew into her own. Inclined toward naval service, she trained as an officer for the Galactic Alliance Defense Force. Distant from her peers and indifferent to their approval, she fell victim to a prank gone wrong which left her face disfigured and her demanor much more cold than before. Those responsible were either reprimanded or expelled for their part, which was only small satisfaction for her.
In training exercises she was noted for the swiftness and brutality of her offensive actions. It was one thing to her to win a training battle, but to her the only victory worth winning was one where the opposition was entirley crushed and driven before her. She did not achieve this by brute force, but by being a cold and calculating thinker that considered the big picture over the individual. The enlisted and commisioned knew military service could mean death, so she was nonplussed by casualty reports, dismissing them merely as a housekeeping measure to tell her how much remained at her disposal.
Jadwiga received her commission upon graduation and served on security forces patrolling the Core Worlds of the Alliance. Service was mandatory for success, so she continued on until she was promoted to the point where she was given her own command. Given time busting through the small time work she worked her way through the ranks until she was finally elevated to the rank of Commodore. She assumed command of a newly launched Hydian-Class Tactical Carrier, the ANV Wildfire.
