Designed as one of the more more accessible entries within Matsu's holocron to explain the framework of the circle who handle and grow jedi accounts without the need for governments.
CONTENT INFORMATION
"Rebuilt for the Jadeite as part of an initiative to create a jedi infrastructure. The economic circle of the jedi is for less combat oriented jedi and they function as accountants, auditors and loan officers... functioning with groups like the banking clans or Danger and her banking empire. We have worked to have a financial structure that will turn salvage and smaller trinkets the tech division makes. With small things and operations across the galaxy ripples can form and it can be sold to create the initial investments the watch circle then works to handle the accounts and grow that money by researching the markets and investing it companies or products that can see the best returns. They are a small group but for the nunmber of enclaves and offshoots of the jedi that exist many wihtouta major government backing them up and paying for things. The circle can come and set them up with the supplies that they might need even being able to get equipment through the tech division and force builders to design temples or outposts.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Created by Matsu for the use in her holocron, the information about the economic watch circle ties into a jedi infrastructure that she has spent time with Sorel and Corvus creating so that the jedi themselves could work independently in the future. From simple things like the tech division salvaging and converting scrap into new materials that are sold, to general clean up and endeavors. Sasori grew as a primary example for what can be done and their work to mine materials that can be sold off to grow capital and invest it. The watch circle serves the sole dedication to grow that capital and handle things such as taxes, investments or the most important part. Write off that are given to jedi by people but it is not possible to return the gifts.
