SPECIAL FEATURES
  • A small hip-worn rig sporting two adjustable Jets the main function of which is to increase the natural mobility of a humanoid.
  • A pack for carrying items various items is secured between the thruster jets.
STRENGTHS
  • The dual-thrusters of the J.A.M.R system have six different levels of output. The lowest output is a steady release of energy simply reducing the users weight under atmoshpere, the strongest is a immediate burst comparable to jetpack takeoff while bearing double a users weight
  • Multipurpose Thruster functions
    • Acting as a stabalizer, the thruster will make micro or macro auto-adjustments allowing the user to land in the safest position, and were the user to received a blow strong enough to knock them off balance the thruster will do its best to keep the user upright.
    • The thrusters will also detect distance from the ground, releasing timed burst of power that reduce the chance of user sustaining injury from falling an unsafe distance.
    • Boosting while jumping can greatly improve the the height and distance from natural ability, this can also be used during the arc of a jump leading itself to a secondary midair boost or directional change if need be.
    • Were the user to be pushed or pulled with severity by the force the thrusters will then compensate by fighting the intensity of the action releasing bursts in the opposite direction.
    • Can change a users center of gravity allowing for more acrobatic movement, such as climbing better and even running breifly on slanted or perpendicular surfcaes
  • There is a pack situated between the thrusters, within is enough room to store multiple personal items enough to not require a backpack or separate hip-pack during missions.
  • The power source of the J.A.M.R is entirely self-sufficient, the apparatus will never need to be rechared or refueled, unless the system were to fail.
  • J.A.M.R can be hooked into a users cybernetic to maximize functionality, this can be furthered by riveting the mount for the device directly into ones Spine and Hip for increased support.

WEAKNESSES
  • The J.A.M.R can make up for a lot of Humanoid error and lack of power, but not anyone can just slip it on and instantly preforme better, even if the riviting process is undertaken it can take many months depending on the aptitude of an individual before they'd be able to use the J.A.M.R to the best of its ability, and if the one who is not trained at all took it for a spin, it could easily result in a broken back.
  • Even though the J.A.M.R does have jets and helps with movent, it's not a jetpack, there are two separate charges, the Main Active and the Safety Standby, the Main Charge is responible for all thruster use, while the Safetey Standby charge will only be used if the system determines the user is in danger and the Main Active Charge has been depleted, if this happens the system will also shut down and allow both charges to refill. Because of this a system is in place to prevent constant use, requiring the user to take a brief breaks between every thruster use to allow the system to time to recharge.
  • While the internals are lined with Titanium and Chromium to prevent the system from overheating or melting away, the actual body of the J.A.M.R is Simple Durasteel, a few well placed heavy blaster shots or a Vibroblade in the correct place will disable the system
  • The J.A.M.R can produce a lot of force, but it's not infinite, two and a half times the users own weight to thruster ratio is where the apparatus maxes out, if that load bearing is exceeded when activating the boost a number of critical malfunctions can occurre.
DESCRIPTION
The main reason the J.A.M.R was created came down to Vyn needing even more physical compensation while hunting force users, Quickly coming up with the base idea for the J.A.M.R. development wenst much after than some of his other projects and quickly he realized that the J.A.M.R could function even better under the influence of Cybernetics, making an optional connector, and after half a year of development he received the first fully functional model, which in turn opened a whole new door of issues. All the tests were green and it functioned exactly as designed, but once again he had made a technological device while he didn't know the first thing about engineering causing a small set of issues, Vyn quickly rectified most of the problems with the optional ability to rivit the system it into ones own skeletal structure, also ensuring when cybernetic were in use the system didn't fly away and pull ones cybernetics and nervous system out along with it.


J.A.M.R was now safe to train with, and he over came the massive learning curve quicker than expected. In the end, the device mainly increases ones own mobility functioning as almost a second muscular system. J.A.M.R helped with fighting force users just as intended after all the idea was to increase ones physical ability past the bodys own motor limit, but It did more than that, the proccesing unit within also compensated for external factors such as being on the receiving end of a force push and other variables. Once an owner was to fully master the device it would give them an edge in combat while keeping them relatively safe, though someone with extensive knowledge could no doubt bypaas the safety mechanisms to make it function as a jet pack, and if a force user to get their hands on a J.A.M.R one could only imagine the result.
