The second phase of General Baelor's Iron Warriors Project focuses on artillery. The first vehicle produced under Phase 2 is the IW-02A Lohengrin. The Lohengrin is designed to act as a standard artillery walker for the One Sith military. It's focus, and only focus, is long range destruction. To this end, it has been outfitted with four artillery cannons, and two missile launchers for each 'arm'. This give the Lohengrin incredible destructive power.
When the Lohengrin prepares to fire its primary weapons, it lowers itself, thereby lowering its center of gravity. The feet clamp into the ground, and two arms extend from it's back, embedding themselves into the ground, locking the walker into place. This allows the Lohengrin to fire it's powerful cannons without toppling over, but because of this, the Lohengrin can only fire when it is stationary.
The Lohengrin is not without faults. The focus on raw firepower has left the vehicle incredibly slow and cumbersome. It can travel under its own ability, but must be transported by vehicle to traverse distance at anything above a snails pace. This same focus leaves the Lohengrin with limited defensive capabilities. It cannot defend itself if any armor or infantry assault it at close range. It must rely on allied armor or infantry to defend it.
