The situation escalated when Mr. Locke, reportedly under the influence of alcohol, struck another patron and caused minor property damage to the establishment’s seating area and decorative fixtures.

While the incident did not result in severe injury, his prior record of disturbance on Alderaan, including the prior event in which he was found debating droid rights legislation atop a cantina counter, has complicated his release process. As a result, the Civic Detainment Authority requires an authorized family representative or executive guarantor to post bond for his immediate discharge.
