Its Tricky To Rock A Rhyme (Josiah Denko)

[member="Josiah Denko"]

As he walked down the streets,
He could sense something.
It almost made him weak,
Until his mind went bing.

What he sensed made him wonder,
Could this be a disturbance?
He couldn't help but ponder,
Before he gained some distance.

As he soon approached the presence,
The feeling was getting stronger.
A figure came into view not of brilliance,
But the figure of a darker.

And thus began a riveting tale:
One written in prose and in rhyme.
It spoke of a daring young man,
who was at the wrong place and time.
You see, war had come to this place:
A conflict of Rebel and Order.
And the Archmaster descended from space,
Alone. Without a single soldier.

The goal today was to purge them all:
By sword. By Force. By Saber.
So upon landing, Josiah stood tall,
intent on fulfilling this labor.
And so it was that the daring young Gren,
He came too close to the fire.
Bold steps brought him to the Master of Ren,
And thus closer to his funeral pyre.

Snap. Hiss. A crimson blade ignited.
The Archmaster faced his foe.
And frankly, his heart was excited,
For now he would bring this lad woe.
He forth and brandished his saber:
an attempt to cut Gren in two.
The thrill of battle would he hope to savor...
And what was poor Gren to do?

The strike had came,
So full of force,
Ren almost lost his game.
He wasn't a corpse,
Not yet at least.
So he spoke his mind.
"Hey there beast,
There seems to be trouble, you have got me in a bind."

Returning the favor,
Ren smiled with joy,
Laughing as he ignited his saber.
It wasn't a toy,
Yet he acted like a kid.
He swung his saber back,
As aimed for the win.
Slash, jab, swing, and hack.
