Alyson Halle
Supreme Gentlewoman
Alyson was once again broken from her meditation, this was the second time in but a few months, for whatever reason everyone and their mothers thought it was a good time to pay her a visit. This time however, she was not ripped from her meditation like she was with Ra, no, this was a much weaker force presence, like one she would see in someone entirely uninitiated in the force, Alyson took this as an excuse to slowly pull herself from her meditation, far more comfortably as well. She eventually stood up, and did as she did before, putting on her armor. However this time she looked outside the window of her chambers. It overlooked the place courtyard. The palace was a massive complex, larger than any other structure on Merides, and the courtyard was less a courtyard and more of a small park, complete with trees and a lake. The trees were green and beautiful, it was spring time, the trees were a beautiful green.
She did as she did before, making her way down the elevator until she reached the landing pad, there she was met by her guard, who escorted her out to the pad, Alyson leading. This time however, the sun was coming up, it was morning. She lost track of time ages ago, she occasionally came to a high enough state of consciousness that she could assess a broad sense of time progression, but those were few and far between. It had been 9 years. She started thinking to herself if it was time to reenter the galaxy abroad. To search answers elsewhere. She had learned much through her meditations, but she did not find the answers she sought. The answer of why evil could win. If the force had a plan why did evil win so often? Is it just a part of the plan or is it something greater?
Maybe the answer was the force didn't have a plan at all, and that this was either misinterpreted or made up by those who came before her, but she refused to accept this, this was not something she would allow and it was not something she could even think about accepting. She had felt the forces plan herself, the meditation allowed her to see the force at work on its deepest level, and she saw that it acted on everything just as they acted on it, however she could not decipher why or how it did things, only that it was like a silent hand acting seemingly arbitrarily. There was a master plan but it seemed random to her, she could not take it apart. Maybe she was not supposed to, she was starting to believe that was the case more and more.
For now she would continue to think on her meditations, waiting for the guest to arrive on the pad.
