Rena Kryze
The Quartermaster
The Omega Protectorate- specifically, the Inquisition- and MandalTech had an agreement. The Inquisition would buy bulk orders of force weapons from MandalTech, and MandalTech would listen to the Inqusition's needs and ideas for new weaponry. One such weapon was now in development. Having the ear of a keen technological development was a great way to get ahead and the Inquisition had some very specific needs when it came to cleansing the heretic and impure from the ranks of their own.
Rena had asked a representative of the Inquisition to come to a neutral location and do some on-site testing - so they'd gone to MandalTech's cortosis mine on Obredaan where they could practise smashing rocks. The Mantellian Wind was in orbit of the planet and the Inquisition representative was on board. She'd left him to his own devices while Rena oversaw the next shipment of cortosis from the planet.
She'd go and meet him momentarily.
In the meantime, the eternal quartermaster was on the bridge of her ship, datapad in hand, watching the last of her cargo haulers make the trip up from the surface of the planet. She'd oversee the offload and do the testing in the hangar, where the deck plates were strongest.
