It's Electric Boogie Woogie Woogie (Open training)

Vengeance looked around the room before him. Set up at different intervals were Mark 1 training droids with stun batons. It had been a long time since Vengeance had been in the temple. With a half dozen different engagements going on with Jedi, pirates, criminals, and force only knows who else training in a controlled environment had been on the back burner.

Then again through it all he had learned the lesson that nothing compared to a task that could kill you. Settling for the next best thing he found a way to take his training to the next level and not needlessly waste his life.

Force lightening was a particular favorite of his. Even when it failed it still had the ability to have lasting effects on the target. Panic, the burning smell in the air, illuminating a dark area. All were good things outside of the full effect of stun and incapacitate. The use of droids that could be easily repaired instead of using other acolytes kept the wrath of the Lords off of his back.

Vengeance took a deep breath before stretching out the fingers of both hands. He looked around the room one last time.

"Activate combat protocols."

He watched as each one of the droids in the room activated the stun batons and began to circle him. He smiled extending a hand launching a small ball of lightening at the closest droid to him. As he did Vengeance leaned back out of the way of a second droid's slash. He jumped into a roll creating distance between him a droid number two turning he launch a second ball at it.

While he could very easily slash and hack them all apart in minutes it would defeat the purpose of improving his force abilities.

T'zanith was walking passed the training hall on his way to a quiet meditation chamber when he noticed the acolyte training. 'Interesting' He thought as he moved a little into the hall and began to observe the acolyte. Much like himself his use of the force was raw and unrefined but what interested T'zanith most was the fact [member="Vengeance"] was using force Lightning as his chosen training method, a force ability that T'zanith wanted very much to learn himself.
'A little sloppy in his movements' Was another thought but he already knew it was easy to judge others on one's own abilities but another entirely to back them up with skill. T'zanith was more of a martial artist than a saber wielder but he had come to the one sith temple to learn and that was what he intended.

@T'zanith Zebron

Vengeance didn't even notice the figure enter the room. His concentration was focused on not getting hit by one of the droids. He leaped and rolled to the right before firing another bolt of lightening at the nearest droid. He grunted as a fourth droid managed to nick his left shoulder. That arm now virtually useless made Vengeance curse out loud as he shot his hand hand a full blast of lightening shooting forth from the fingers of his right hand.

"Fething buckets of rusting junk." "You got lucky."

Vengeance turned to locate the last droid as he did finally noticing the other person outside the door. He shook his head.

"Terminate combat protocols."

As the droid stopped Vengeance turned to him.

"Sorry did you have the room next?" "I must have went over my time."

Vengeance rubbed his left shoulder with his right hand. It was numb from the stun baton

T'zanith cracked a smile as the apprentice was nicked in the shoulder but hid it before the acolyte noticed him. "You haven't gone over your time I was mealy being a pesky onlooker." T'zanith joked as he walked a little into the room. "I've been trying to learn force lightning for a while now but I haven't found anyone to teach me at all, so I thought perhaps by watching you and how you use the force for it I might catch a glimmer of how you do it." He then admitted as he moved to shake his hand.

He wore a little tattered robes and had a blindfold around his eyes, but he was a miralukan half breed so he didn't need his eyes anyway.

@T'zanith Zebron

Vengeance looked at the man with a quizzical expression.

"What Sith doesn't at least have a basic understanding of Lightening." "It is the cornerstone of the Sith ideals." "Much like having a red color crystals in a lightsaber, despising weakness, and the irrationally insane concept of devoting your life to killing your Master to prove how powerful you are."

He shook his head.

"What kind of Sith are you?"

Vengeance turned back towards the droid, He extended a hand out his finger tips starting to glow just a bit before an arch of lightening shot out. Unlike the previous versions this one was a true arch. Bright in color the air around him heating up. It caused the droid to twitch and crackle as the components fried and cooked.

"It is great for one on one." "Even better as a torture technique to inflict pain."

He glanced back at the droids.

"It's combat application is....................unstable." "I am trying to find a more applicable way to utilize it effectively in combat by strengthening it's lower forms." "Specifically Force spark."

T'zanith felt annoyed at listening to the acolyte, truth be told he wanted to strangle the arrogant chit but wasn't that just how sith were? "I'm new to the order so I haven't learned how to use or even do anything relating to force lightning." He then said calmly, without a hint of emotion in his tone or voice. With a gentle raise of his hand he levitated two of the stun batons that the droids had been using against [member="Vengeance"] one he made hover over his hand while the other he had ready to strike at the acolytes back. "Would you mind teaching me the fundamentals?" He then asked politely.

@T'zanith Zebron

Vengeance chuckled watching the display with the baton's his head turning slightly as the first one entered his peripheral vision. In turning his head he had noticed dual floating objects but only seeing the one as it hovered over the other acolyte's hand. He smirked his hand unclipping his saber from his belt.

"Now you see this here brings up to very interesting questions." "The first one being what purpose would melee weapons serve in force training?"

He ignited the saber.

"The second being what happens when the second baton does very little damage without sustained contact." "This is not my first day, I am used to being out numbered three to one and people trying to kill me."

He chuckled.

"It is the Sith way and it doesn't help I am kind of a jerk in general." "So you want to learn how to electrify your opponents." "Reasonable enough but what's in it for me?"

Vengeance had been in way too many battles in such a short amount of time to let simple parlor tricks and in the inevitable march of war he had very little time for games.

It was clear on T'zaniths expression that he found most of the sith way's of competition and rivalry's tedious at best. With another motion of his hand he moved both stun batons in front of him and then with a flick buried the ends a little into a droid near him. "Your form is lacking in fluidity and there is a martial art that I know that is called K'thri that I can teach you in return, besides we are both aiming to become powerful sith so why have a rivalry between us when we can be of use to one another?" He then said his voice calm and collected as he removed his own lightsaber from his belt but didn't ignite it yet. [member="Vengeance"] was a curious acolyte as most of them would either have shrink away and done as they were told or just attacked outright, this meant he had a good head on his shoulders.

@T'zanith Zebron

Vengeance chuckled switching his saber off but keeping it in his hand once the batons were disposed of.

"Go on?"

He had no clue what this K'thri was. He would not say it out loud for now still focused on the stalemate of two Sith trying to decide whether or not to kill each other or call a truce.

"How exactly would knowledge of this K'thri benefit me?" "Why make fluidity the goal?"

He smirked.

"It would seem to be a bit of a strength vs speed argument based solely on a single observation of a force based and not Martial based training session."

"The principles of K'thri is fluidity of motion and balance it is excellent for use in moving out of danger and as far as I've seen it would be very good with the fifth and third lightsaber forms." He explained as he showed a few stances which would have made dodging the droids earlier a bit easier. "As it stands I have little knowledge of the force to offer besides force sight and telekinesis, other than that what I can offer is martial knowledge." He then explained to [member="Vengeance"] as he had simply devoted his time to sith lore and knowledge while he had free time from his masters teachings.

@T'zanith Zebron

Vengeance looked thoughtfully at his fellow Sith.

"What abilities can you offer in Telekinesis and what specifically does Force Sight offer in terms of combat effectiveness."

He chuckled.

"If it doesn't help me kill my enemy it is of no true value to me."

"So being able to see your enemies strength in the force has no value to you huh?" T'zanith said in a teasing chuckle before he raised a droid up and made it stand using telekinesis. "Well as far as telekinesis goes I can do most of the basics, grip, move, crush and choke but it requires discipline and focus to do them all." He then explained as he made the droid half dance a little before just dropping it back down on the floor.

[member="Vengeance"]

@T'zanith Zebron

Vengeance chuckled back.

"Well that would depend on how draining being able to see your enemies strength is, and what the side effects of such a thing are short and long term."

He watched the droid dance before falling to the floor.

"Choke I can do with marginally success already................crush being a logical next step I suppose." "Have dabbled in fear a little myself as well." "Not always effect but can make an opponent hesitate which has been known to create an exploitable opening."

Looks thoughtful for a moment.

"So I guess it may do to tell me a bit more about Force Sight then."

"Well put it simply I don't have eyes like you I see entirely through the force as all Miralukan do." He then said as he arranged one of the droids to make a slight chair for him to sit on. "So I doubt it's draining but will need a bit of training to accomplish. The upside is you will be able to see everything that is touched by the force quite clearly the down side at least as I see it is that the higher an objects or persons proficiency and power in the force the more defined and brighter they are." He then explained to [member="Vengeance"] as he told it from his perspective.

(I imagine it as something like a mix between the way daredevil see's in the movie and when frodo put on the ring in lord of the rings)

@T'zanith Zebron

Vengeance though over what the other Sith said. Then he nodded.

"You owe me one training session to take place at a time and place to be determined at a later date." "The exact details can be worked out another time."

Vengeance took a few steps back giving T'zanith room to step into the room.

"For now you asked about Force Lightening." "Simply put it is not much different the any of the Telekinesis abilities you already know." "It is simple to learn which is why it seems every Sith and there mother uses it at some point."

Vengeance clipped his saber to his belt and turned pulling the stun batons out of the droid putting them in there place on the rack against the wall.

T'zanith walked into the room's middle and helped [member="Vengeance"] placing the stun batons into the racks on the walls before he raised the droids one by one and placed them against the walls. "Might as well make some room for this." He half mumbled to himself as he did this and then he stood at attention in the rooms middle while he waited for Vengeance to begin showing him how to do it.

@T'zanith Zebron

Vengeance shook his head but said nothing as T'zanith moved stuff around. He waited until he was finished before walking to the center of the room. He turned looking at his fellow sith.

"Lightening is easy to learn but not always as easy to master." "It depends largely on how strong your connection to the force is."

He held up a hand chest high.

"Much like other abilities you only have to focus. In something like telekinesis you focus on the force around the object."

A small ball of lightening started to form in his hand.

"In lightening however you focus on the force itself around you." "You not only let it flow through you put force it out." "It is much like a generator creates electricity."

After a minute Vengeance released the ball into the ceiling.

"You have to be careful though." "If you hesitate too long or lose your concentration it could back fire on you and burn your own fingers and hands."

T'zanith made sure to look closely on the force that flowed around and inside [member="Vengeance"]'s hand while he spoke and then discharged the lightning into the ceiling above them. He held up one hand in front of him and began to gather and focus the force into and around his hand. "Something like this then?" He asked right before electricity crackled and shocked T'zaniths hand, which was quickly shaken and it's owner cursed a little under his breath.
'A bit harder than it actually looks huh?' He thought as he tried again this time between both of his hands.

@T'zanith Zebron

Vengeance watched the acolyte and nodded as he tried it.

"That is why I had left the droids in the center of the room where they had fallen." "If gives you something to focus it to and lessen the likelihood of getting burned while you learn."

He smiled as T'zanith immediately tried again showing no fear or hesitation.

"Don't try and pass the current between your hands." "You are guaranteed to burn yourself that way." "Like all electricity it needs somewhere to ground out to." "You would rather it not be your own body."

He chuckled.

"At lower levels it is not fatal but it is an experience you will not quickly forget."

Vengeance removed his saber from his belt igniting.

"Here focus it towards me if you need an extra incentive." "Most sabers can take small doses of lightening without much risk to the wielder." "If you can manage to actually hit me then you pass."

He waited saber at the ready.
