STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES :
+Way with words - Irulan has always been skilled as persuading people, and those skills have only been improved by the training she has received from the CIS.
+Intelligent - As well as being bright to begin with, Irulan was fortunate (read:rich) enough to attend the best academies on Roon, and was able to supplement her own intelligence with an exceptional education.

=Slight - Irulan is hardly an intimidating figure, but this has as many benefits as disadvantages.

-Not a fighter - Irulan actively goes out of her way to avoid fighting, and though she is at least capable of hitting a stationary Lucrehulk with a blaster rifle at ten feet, she wouldn't stand much chance in combat with a Mandalorian.
-Arrogant - More than aware of her own skills and beauty, Irulan can be somewhat conceited and cocksure at times. Fortunately her training as a diplomat usually stops this from interfering with her missions.

APPEARANCE:
An attractive woman in her late twenties, Irulan has long, dark hair which she somehow manages to keep carefully styled in even the most difficult of situations. She has the curvy figure of one who works hard to maintain a svelte physique despite having to attend countless state dinners, and would rather be seen naked than in anything other than the latest fashions.

BIOGRAPHY:
Life on Roon is not easy. Unless, that is you have money.

Then life's all too easy.

Irulan was one of those lucky enough to be born into a family with money. Lots of money. Her mother was sister to the Governor, her father a merchant who had made more than one fortune selling Roonstones on distant Coruscant. So it stands to reason that their daughter, their one and only child, was doted upon. Given everything she might want and more besides. But they were also careful to ensure that their daughter did not become another pointless minor noble; she had the finest tutors, attended the finest academies. They encouraged her studies, and also encouraged her to look beyond them, taking her to distant points of the galaxy on vacation. There, amongst the stars, Irulan would watch the various races intermingle. It fascinated her.

Upon graduating, the young woman took a couple of years to explore the galaxy, learning more about the various governments that vied for control over the innumerable worlds, and about the various races which dwelt upon those selfsame worlds, before eventually returning to Roon to assume her place at her father's side, helping him run his merchant empire. It was a profitable enough life, and negotiating contracts with governments and other corporations was challenging enough to keep her on her toes, particularly when one factored in the less legitimate areas of her father's business, yet still somehow unfulfilling.

It was coincidence that brought her into contact with the CIS, who ruled Roon with a light touch. A gala at the governor's mansion saw her being introduced to a man named Salem Norongachi, a man who displayed none of the traits she would have expected at such an extravagant affair. He was no nobleman, that was clear, and his features made it apparent he was no noble's eyecandy, so the curious woman found herself drawn to him as the night progressed, until she found herself sharing a table and a bottle of fine Alderaanian wine with him, listening intently as he spoke of the Confederacy.

The next day, when Norongachi left Roon, Irulan went with him.

Arriving at Bothawui, the CIS capital, she signed up for the Diplomatic corps, and soon began a programme of intensive training and induction that would serve to complement her eduction perfectly. Yet even as she progressed through the training, Irulan found herself longing for a challenge, a chance to put her skills to the test.

When she saw the recordings of Druckenwell, she knew that chance was coming.

SHIP:
Empyrean Dancer - Punworcca 116-class interstellar sloop

KILLS:
I thought I mentioned Irulan's not a fighter?

BOUNTIES COLLECTED:
Seriously: Not. A. Fighter.
