Receiving the answer to his question about the force, the teen makes a mental note in the back of his head remembering the answer that he was given by the elder. He may not know much about this force but he could tell that this force was something that was hard to describe and understand, he already knew that the force could affect minds so he wondered what else could it do.

He thoughts vanished once he was asked a question by the elder, "Why do I want to learn the use of the force?" He repeated trying to understand the question..it takes him a few seconds for him to think about the question until he has an answer for the elder. " To tell you the truth, I'm interested in how the force works, what it can do and can't." He answered adding "It just curiosity really."

It was then at that time that with passing silent glance the elder and younger Jedi gaze met. As the two then in silent converse and to which cradling one arm with one hand as the other free hand stroked the tip of his chin.

" I see....well young one curiosity I assume would be a logical start. Especially given that out here......the ideas or even perhaps thought of what or who a Jedi is may seem lost. For being there at best so few of us left....even fewer still are the one that holds to the old ways such as myself.

But just the same we have tardy from out task .... and I sense there seem to be more question rather than answers that would peak your curiosity. At any rate, we both have been off soon and if you wish...in a season or two we would be back. So as we need to ask our leave.....contemplate on what I've said so far. Practice with the holocrom... learn what you can and you can either. Wait and meet with us or come on your own accord on the ship I've mentioned earlier. It is your choice....."

He then with a graceful low nod turns to the youth and slowly headed off.

Hearing the elder's last words before leaving the teen looked over to the cube and was now in disbelief considering everything that has happened in the past hour. From playing a card game with credits on the line to being involved in the riot to learning about and seeing the force. He saw them leaving but couldn't let them leave yet as he felt he was being rude to them after both the two done for him today.

"Wait!!" He yelled due to them being a few feet away "I just can't you leave without thanking you for helping me." He said, he may not know if the other teen did cheat in the card game, but he wouldn't be able to able the other teen and is gang alone. "I don't have anything much but I should at least tell you my name." He went closer to them.

"Candos....Jasper Candos." He said finally introducing himself.

It was then that although Ronin somewhat protested in silence the elder Jedi seem would have none of it. For as he held steadfast to what he'd said earlier he was if anything one of the few. Held to what he'd reason was the old ways wherein he felt being a Jedi was a choice not mandatory. At any rate from the brief moment he'd spoken and observed the youth. That he was as the younger Jedi noted in a way gifted in the force But was he ready? Was something entirely different but none the less. He was willing to give the youth a chance as was his intention with leaving hand him a holocrom. And let it be by the will of the force be what path the youth shall be. When as they were about to depart that he'd heard him speak and call out to them. That he paused to turn round face him.....

"Wait!"

He then seems standing there a few feet from them adds.

"I just can't ...you leave without thanking you for helping me."

To which with a slight nod the elder replied.

"...there is no need young one for all is as the force wills it."

But then seem somewhat dissatisfied with how things were the youth then replied back.

" I don't have anything much but I should at least tell you my name....."

At which time he slowly approach come closer to them before replying.

" Candor....Jasper Candor."

Which it seem once spoken sent a faint familiarity to the elder Jedi as he paused.

" candor eh? Well it a pleasure meet you Jasper Candor.."

Then his words cut short as his com rang and turning aside the elder answered it. At which time his face slightly shifted as he let out a fain sight before turn back to them.

"Well apprentice it seem your little escapade here had not gone unnoticed as it see,...we are to lay low let thing cool off...and go now. Our alternative ship waiting. "

He then turn to the youth and with a nod said.

"So I guess we will meet again soon...Jasper Candor. "

They then left and set off towards the hangar port.

After a season or two after.....

It seems been quite a bit of wait but eventually the elder Jedi Master had not forgotten. And no sooner had he made his choice that he'd gone searching out Ronin. And together with the two then set off to parts unknow....hope if not for anything.
Fulfill a promising once was given.....

As the season has passed much has changed for Jasper ever since he gotten the cube from the elder. Everyone in a while when he had time he had would asked question about the force to the cube asking different questions. However, it was difficult for him to maintain focus when the cube activated since it was hard for him to focus on keeping the cube activated and listening to the question at the same time. The force is an interesting thing and Jasper realized it when he saw it in action but he didn't know fully how it worked and despite having the cube with him he still had much to learn about it.

He wondered about the two people he met that day and thought about how to handle this next.

It was at best an uncommon undertaking wherein the two yet again found themselves here. Where despite how much time had passed the elder Jedi felt compelled to uphold a promise. That he had surmise had not been made by anything short of the force will. And so with youth Ronin yet again by his side the pair exited the shuttle.

Heading out onto the cityscape yet before they did the elder then turn to the youth.
"Well, i guess enough time has passed and if indeed this is the force will....then what is to come to pass will. But then again this time...try not to cause trouble ...."

With that said they then head off soon as with a respectful nod and a smirk Ronin replied.

"Umm, sure I guess.....and it wasn't my fault....."

At that time the two then guided by the force soon found himself walk down some deserted alley. Far beyond where the regular crowd roams and there in the shadows a lone figure watched. Waiting in the shadows.....as he thought passes his mind and lips.

"....no better time than today it seem."

Finally making it to his destination, Jasper looked around the area in order to make sure that no one saw him doing what he is about to do as he didn't want to deal with anyone asking questions or worse. He didn't know any other force users other than the two he met seasons ago but if what the elder said about the life of a jedi is true about a life of danger then he didn't want to deal with it until he felt he was ready. Dispite his interest in the force he didn't want to face the danger of being a jedi, he was just a teenager after all.

Japser was at old junkyard full of junk that was used for farming in hope of trying to see his he can use the force there. While using the cube he find out he could lift things with the force. He thought about trying to use the force at home but didn't want to risk the chance of the other teens living with him to notice.

He decided to go try something small, as he didn't know if his usage of the force was powerfull. He soon spotted a small rock near him and choose it to try out the force. He head to it, picked it up and began to prepare himself to use the force.

And soon enough from the shadows came the stranger who stop just foot from where the elder.

" The boy was not hard to track nor survey,...but he seems promising though a bit green I assumed?"

With that said and a nod they parted and moved off into the distance.

"I guess there hope in him still then.....if he chooses to."

The elder told the younger as they set off to track the youth.

Clearing his mind of any distractions before focusing his mind on using the force to move to the rock, Japser looked around one more time to make sure anyone was looking at him just to be safe. He then took a deep breath and moved his other hand toward the rock, he looked deep inside himself hoping that method would be the answer for using the force. He soon felt something...he believed it to be the force. Closing his eyes attempted to direct the force inside of him to the rock. A couple of seconds he feels nothing on his hand that was holding the rock.

Opening his eyes he sees the rock floating up in the air a couple of inches much to his amazement and shock but as soon as that happens the rock goes back to his hand. Cursing himself for not staying focus, Jasper gets ready to try again with more focus.

It took a while but eventually the two headed off towards a more secluded part . Where before pair enters the elders cautions Ronin .Adding that whIle here he might as well test his current knowledge of concealment thru the force. which Ronin could only silently grunt before saying yes to the elder Jedi.

As soon enough the pair eventually locate the youth. But just before the stone fell back down which sort made the elder Jedi look at ronin. And thru the force acknowledge that perhaps there was something to the youth. But it was still his choice as the pair waited on the sideline. Waiting see if what would happen next.....as this was more a test of both. The youth and on ronin.....see how each had learn or advance in their studies of the force .

Keeping his focus on the small rock in front of him Jasper closes his eyes and tried once more to move the rock with the force in the hopes of making some form of improvement with his relationship with it. Feeling as he can control the rock as long as he continues to focus, opening his eye Putting his free hand back towards the rock he attempts to move it again in hopes of keeping it up longer. After just a few seconds, the rock is lifted up from his hand with Jasper keeping his hand under his rock just in case it falls back to his hand again as it moves around him. "Okay..." He whispered.." Focus....feel the force." He said as a strange feeling started to flow into him.

Soon, the strange feeling entering his body to the point of overwhelming him causing him to and stopped focusing on the rock in distress.

There been if anything much strife in the universe of late and with it came both the good and bad. As all across the galaxy had been whispers and emergence of certain being or such. That one way or the other deemed be hopefully yet in the end proves been false or unsubstantial so that. At best the elder Jedi decided not hope so much as his younger ward at the time did. For even once found some had been ingrained to their life that it was are press for anyone peel not take them away from it. While some who although could be pursued was in itself not a guarantee for when the facts or reality of how truly hard or testing this life could be. That they either break or give up which was truly disheartening at same time dangerous for the universe at large.

So he'd opted err on side of caution see how far or deep this one had venture into the mysteries that was the force before come forth. Which it seem he didn't need wait long as the youth seem find his center. Long enough that he could balance the stone in hand but not for long.

As what might expect from one so young and untrained ...He came under duress and distress as he pull back. And the elder came slowly out within a good distance from the youth to speak

" Seem you done well and good with your time....Thought by now I presume you see the promise at the same time deep connection one must have.....Danger as well the promise...."

Jasper lost his concentration upon hearing the voice of the elder near him thus dropping the rock to the ground. Turning his head, he sees the elder and realizes that he been watching him. He felt a bit unease at first, as he didn't know where the voice came from and thought that someone might have watched what he was doing and realize that he can use the force. He learn about people using people like Jasper from the cube for evil purpose and feared the worse when he heard a voice but to his relief, it was only the elder and Ronin.

"I had a feeling you guys were coming but I just didn't know when." He said walking toward the two. " I hope you guys were ok during since the last time."

It took a while but slowly but surely the elder Jedi came forth from the sidelines into the clearing a few feet from the youth. Whom he'd earlier recounted be named Candor..Jasper Candor during their last meet. As such thinking, it be appropriate to address him such that he continued to approach him.. Stepping out the shadows and wishing to ease or belay his fears. Which even till now he couldn't help but sense that which to him was understandable. For with all the going on thus far in the galaxy.

"I had a feeling you guys were coming but I just didn't know when."

Jasper then spoke once he'd come to realize see them come out to meet him. Which adjusting the faint strip of cloth over one eye the elder spoke with faint ease in his voice. Nudging at Ronin a bit as he let out a slight scoff reminiscing an earlier memory that passes his thought.

"Well, to be honest, we could have wanted coming sooner .... but duty called and the certain issue had been dealt with.
And I reckon you seem to be in need of time to digress and take things in. So I opted wait....till now as to seem you have some grasp of the concept from what I've seen thus far."

It was then when the youth had come close enough and might have taken note see them more clearly that he spoke.

" I hope you guys were ok during since the last time."

To which with a nod the elder spoke.

"Well being around and teaching help to guide this young one ... can be not with its share of adventures I reckon. Which I guess to keep this old man ever the more needed it seem. But just the same we are well as I have hope you are Jasper Candor..."

"Yeah, maybe a bit..."Jasper said a bit of a sad look on his face"But I still can't seem to focus on anything else with I'm using the force. I may not know much about it despite using the cube but I at least know their others that could use it while doing other things." He added, "Believe it or not I only started practicing with the force a few times after meeting you two. I read up on the history from the cube and find out that it can be used for dangerous means and that some people were used because they could do what we can do. I just didn't want to rush learning it and just used it out in public often."

After hearing the elder talk about him and Ronin then about his safety. "I'll been fine, just trying to make it in this world with what I have." He responded," So I guess here to see if I want to go right?" He asked nervously, he still hadn't made up his mind as was so focused on the cube.

It was then as Ronin stood beside the elder that they both silently listened to Jasper as he spoke. Contemplate on what was said as well those that have not so openly the elder took everything in stride at wich time when the youth ended speaking and appear to be glance all too close to the cube as he did so.

" So I guess here to see if I want to go right?"

To which the elder in a calm yet direct manner spoke.

"Well, i a manner of speaking thought seeing to it that you are well is another. As like I said once before. This is but a choice of yours to make and if anything is presence here are but be a mere guide. So if there is anything you need or is uncertain of you need but ask ..."

Hearing elder's response to his questions made him curious as to what would he expect if he would go with them. What would he be dealing with? Will his life be in danger every day being with these two? He had questions and needed answers for him.

"What exactly do you guys do on a daily basis? You two do dangerous things everyday?" He asked choosing to stop there and wait for an answer from them.

It was then as the elder listened that Jasper replied back to ask.

"What exactly do you guys do on a daily basis? You two do dangerous things every day?"

To which the two glance over at each other and replied with the elder take the lead.

"Well on a daily basis each of us has a fairly different task or duty do......on the daily basis I usually on my own doing recon mission for the temple. Checking up on leads to either prove or disprove them. Which is as you might expect dangerous work alone. But occasionally I would prefer take Knight along thought for the exception of this time. "

After which Ronin then chimes in speak.

"Yeah, I guess it would be ......at any rate for me I usually work with the healers get myself healed up from past mission injuries. Train with some the other Masters and occasionally it seems to get myself in trouble so much that I well have end up do mission. Like, say the one when we first met..."

The teen waited, listening to all the words that were said to within the few minutes to the young teen. Making mental notes in the back of his mind on what he was hearing just in case. When he heard about the elder's part of the story, Jasper felt uncomfortable at the though of being out there in battle. Despite having the cube, he still wondered how the force could be used to help him in battle other than the mind control he saw seasons ago but decided to put the question aside, not wanting to lose focus on what they were saying.

He felt a bit more better in joining them when he heard Ronin's side of what he does but was still a little concerned about going out to battle. He heard healers when Ronin spoke causing him to asked another question

He turned toward Ronin in order to get his attention "Ronin you said you get healers to heal your injuries, does that means there are different positions of being a jedi other than going out into battle?" He asked "I mean, I don't know if I can good out into battle like you two." He added looking in between the Elder and Ronin
