The company maintains a relatively large force of personnel and equipment prepared to act in the form of police forces. These are usually divided into military-esque units sized based on the ability to act efficient within a given area. The company then lends a varying number of units to a government, scaling based on the size of the government and how much area it covers. In ICLE is usually paid a nominal subscription fee. ICLE maintains the personnel and equipment and ensures that these are specialized to the needs of the culture and law system they are entering. It trains the personnel in the language, culture, and necessary laws to uphold of the region they are sent to. The company uses the money made to purchase equipment and parts from various other companies to maintain its forces.
RATIONALE
Ultimatum created ICLE as a decision to provide a service to the citizens of the galaxy so torn by war. He make deals with other companies to produce equipment. Ultimatum began a volunteer service to man the company. The original group to take advantage of the service was Kuat Drive Yards, who called upon it to aid in the policing of Kuat space. In return the company was the first to donate ships with few stipulations.
