Interest Check for Communist esq/Socialist Faction

So I've thought about creating one in the past, but was unsure if anyone else would be interested. (Didn't want to make an inactive faction) I think it would be a neat thing to throw into the mix with all the hyper nationalist autocracies floating about Equal/Opposite reactions and what not.

If there's enough of an interest I'll start typing things up with anyone else who wants to.

The specifics of the ideology the faction would follow would be up for discussion among those who wanted to help start it and then we'd create a Manifesto of sorts for newcomers.

So just let me know if your interested and we can get to work. Also! The map is pretty crowded so if there are any factions out there that wouldn't really mind a few systems acting differently within their territory give me a shout. There will of course be a treaty of some kind and unless I get outvoted I would prefer to make the faction relatively non militant beyond defense purposes. Unless other members want that and this ends up much more popular than I'm imagining. >.>

Combined with tenets of Leninism, which will have to be tempered until we gain popularity because I'm fairly certain the sizable amount of fascists on this board will at some point try to wipe us out.

I'd also prefer to avoid the mistakes set by RL examples, first set up diplomatic relations correctly, a reliable trade network, before jumping into any sort of arms race. No specist or sexist discrimination of any kind.

Being based after a dictatorship of the proletariat will of course mean having a dictatorship of the proletariat. State control over businesses/goods, certain anti party sentiment will be banned (punishable), and the quick and efficient elimination of potential threats to progress.

True. Still what then would be incentive to join if your faction will not be claiming territories? Personaly I love wars (just ask the republic and the mandalorians), and expansion of territory is a great way to get into a war.
