HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Created by the higher ranking members of the ISB, the ISB committee is a dream every ISB officer and agents wish to join. A super secret club, the ISBC manages the inner workings of the ISB, overseeing the day to day activities and diverting funds where necessary. Operating as a council, decisions are based on a vote with the majority winning. In the case of a tie, the Chairman or Chairwoman vote breaks the tie. Chairman/Chairwoman positions are voted upon by the committee. A Vice-chairman is then the second most voted member.
