Strength takes many forms — not all wear our armor. The Writ of Iron exists to formalize a working relationship between the Mandalorian Empire and freelance professionals who operate beyond its ranks.

Signing the Writ does not require loyalty to creed or cause. It offers structure, security, and stability for those willing to take contracts in service of Mandalorian interests — nothing more, and nothing less.​

ENTITLEMENTS
Signatories of the Writ are entitled to:

• Payment: Competitive rates per mission, with bonuses for stellar work.

• Expenses: Stipends for mission-related costs (ammunition, repairs, etc.).
  .
• Hazard Pay: Escalating compensation for high-risk operations.
  .
• Salvage Rights: Guaranteed percentage of loot retained per contract.
  .
• Legal Protections: Non-extradition clause — signatories are not turned over to outside claims.

EXPECTATIONS
Signatories of the Writ are asked to:

• Contract Integrity: Fulfill the terms of any accepted contract in good faith.

• Operational Respect: Avoid interference with Mandalorian operations and restricted zones.
  .
• Mutual Trust: Do not engage in actions that deliberately undermine or betray the Empire.
