  • Mostly staffed by a S'kiss workforce, with a degree of automation and assistance coming from I-APE-A Protocol Droids. EHK's do not necessarily 'Staff' INCA Headquarters, they merely reside there.

Accessibility:
  • Security is on par with The Cassum Complex. INCA Headquarters houses the most sensitive information the Emergence has. Regarding both the Emergence itself and its opposition. Access is restricted to Staff Members, having them undergo numerous ID and Genetic checks. A constant P1 presence and armed I-APE-A's secure every level of the towering complex.

Description:
  • A large triplet of towering buildings near the Cassum Complex, INCA HQ has one building dedicated to each sub-ministry within INCA. Military installations line the perimeter with two gates for each building. These gates are at the end of long paths lined by blue, decorative holo-fences. The gates themselves are more like toll bridges with ID checks.

POINTS OF INTEREST

IT-1 - Tower 1 is the dedicated Headquarters of the Intel, Infiltration and Espionage sub-ministry of INCA. This tower houses all Intel gathered on opposition forces and the Galactic Stage at large. Spies and Infiltrators are staffed and trained here. Structurally identical to the other two buildings but featuring Blue light accents and I.I.E plastered in luminescent blue metals.

IT-2 - Tower 2 is the dedicated HQ of the Counter-Insurgency/Counter-Religion sub-ministry of INCA. Intel gathered on Emergence-based rebellions and insurgencies is circulated here along with data gathered on Religious Growth and analytics of its effects on The Emergence and the Galaxy. This tower also acts as the HQ for Skism Police as counter-insurgency encompasses civil crime. IT-2 is distinguished by Orange Accents and CICR plastered down each side.

IT-3 - Tower 3 is the HQ for the Anakritis, or Jedi/Sith Hunters. Intel gathered on all groups encompassing Jedi, Sith, off-shoots and similar established ideologies is circulated here. EHK-01 Droids are manufactured here in an underground Factory and trained. This tower is uniquely distinguished by Red light accents and the absence of a Ministry Acronym anywhere on the building.

The Gates - Bridges connect each Tower to the rest of E. City. At the end of each Bridge is a Gate similar to a Toll Gate. These gates are manned by I-APE-A Droids (Sometimes living stand-ins) and are used as the preliminary ID check for entering-staff. A holo-barrier is kept active and only deactivated once the individual has been cleared. If ID does not check-out, the individual is denied access. If the Individual is affiliated with Opposition forces, a religious group or is identified as a threat, either the entity on duty will shoot them on the spot, or a ceiling-turret will reveal itself and open fire on the individual.

Originally the largest Police Precinct in the unbearably peaceful E. City (It was still very small), once The Emergence took over, it was rapidly expanded upon and developed into a Triple-Tower Complex for The Emergence's iteration of the Galactic Gestapo, INCA, or the Intel and Control Agency. A very leading name. Intel is more of an umbrella term for Spying, Espionage, Infiltration, Covert Privacy Invasion etc, etc. And yes, the odd bit of Intel Gathering. The Control is referring more to Assassinations, Raids, Anti-Religion, Anti-Rebellion, destructive-citizen-silencing, Covert Coercion through the use of Brainwaves and Subconscious Seed-Planting etc etc. And yes, the odd bit of civil policing using genuine Blue Boys in Blue.

Greetings - I see that your thread title has been updated to "INCA Headquarters [Done]".

Does this mean that you would like the thread moved out of Pre-Codex and into Locations for live review?
